22/08/2024: Passing through Florence, I had a great time in this restaurant. The food is of the highest quality, as are the wines. The waiters and the people who work in the restaurant are very welcoming, always with a smile. They make you feel at home. The price is right for what you eat. 🔝

18/08/2024: I had melon ham and the melon was hard and had no taste. It could have been okay if we hadn't had to wait 45 minutes to be served, because the owner gives priority to Italians even if they arrived 20 minutes later. Not even an apology for the waiting time, for a cold dish!! I prefer not to even imagine what it is like for those who eat hot food and who are not Italian. Anyway, many much better restaurants in Florence, you can avoid this one.

Also, I can’t comment on the bad service; but when it comes to taste, you can consider whether it’s a regional difference, or think back to the terrible Chinese food you’ve eaten at home and abroad, or maybe you forgot to order something. . 27/01/2024: Good evening, a small place, as a lunch spot it could be more than fine, however the food is good, the owners are good, so try Tuscan cuisine.

08/11/2023: Osteria carina, alla buona, un posto dove si può mangiare bene e gustare una buona cucina casalinga. Ho mangiato un coniglio ripieno molto buono accompagnato dal purè di patate...da leccarsi i baffi. Nota dolente, a fine pasto abbiamo chiesto un dolcino ma non avevano più nulla, può terminare un tipo.....ma non avere più nulla non è accettabile.

20/07/2024: Evening spent pleasantly well. The place looks good and well distributed in the spaces like a good English pub. The service is fast, professional and friendly. The welcome is good and they know how to advise in case of indecision. There is a great choice of beers and the food is also more than adequate. The prices totally correspond to everything else and are more than deserved. To return and recommend.

28/06/2024: I didn't eat, so I wouldn't know how to rate the food and I gave an average rating. They have rather special drinks, I tried one whose name I don't remember but it's the one in the photo... Very good, but a calorie bomb. The price seems a little high to me, but it's worth it, the atmosphere and excellent service.

23/07/2024: Nice bar. The videos outside are great, with a bunch of people chatting and music it feels very chill while still exiting. The service was great, we needed to get wodka for a pasta recipe but didn't want to find a liquor store or buy an entire bottle, so we asked here. They sold us a paper cup filled with straight vodka for quite a low price and we're very kind about it.

23/08/2024: If I were to write a book I would dedicate it to the service of young people... here you can say you find the real Tuscany... a bit like the films of Aldo Giovanni and Giacomo... where you can really hear yourself being told it's high season... the young kids are truly exceptional... even after the end of the service they can give you a smile and a cuddle like at home... homar and danile are very young but you are sure capable of providing an excellent service...

22/08/2024: Let me start by saying that we are a couple of people in the sector for many many years, here we have found excellent quality food, young and very willing and professional staff, especially the dining room staff. The mix of accommodation and catering is perfect throughout... Recommended for couples and families. Dogs allowed.

25/07/2024: Manuela la titolare è molto disponibile e gentile il locale è semplice come il quartiere popolare di San Giusto a Scandicci , Firenze dove è ubicato. Gli antipasti buoni ed abbondanti presentati su taglieri di legno quali coccoli,salumi, formaggi in quantità abbondanti. La pizza è molto buona,l'impasto digeribile è fragrante sia la pala che le tonde very good. I dolci della casa discreti da rivedere la cheesecake troppo alta ma, nel complesso soddisfacenti. 25/08/2024: A large supermarket right next to the station, with a very wide range of products. Only for cheese and cold cuts, I would recommend going to the nearby mercado centrale.

Following my purchases on 08/15, I inquired with the security agent because I was looking for toilets without knowing that my store had them for its customers. 05/08/2024: Very bad first impression in this restaurant! The wait was endless, more than half an hour waiting for something to drink, and more than an hour before being served, waiters not at all friendly, not at all suitable for welcoming non-Italians , I do not recommend at all!

05/08/2024: The steak was good, not exceptional, but good. However, the 12 euro dish which was supposed to include croutons and cold cuts was poor; the quality/price ratio doesn't hold up. Poor quality of the cold cuts, and two tiny crostini were served, both Tuscan. During dinner (which took place outside) we were attacked by wasps and the move took place very calmly, so much so that at a certain point we would have been quicker to carry the dishes ourselves. In the end we were given a high bill of 102 euros for two, without having drunk wine and having only drunk water. The steak had been counted at 75 euros and should have been 1200 g when in reality the hectogram was 5.50, therefore 55 per kilo....how they managed to count it at €75 only they know and when I pointed it out to them that they didn't add up to me in a pedantic way, the Florentine waiter replied that he could give me back €5, but that the computer isn't wrong. Why give me back 5 euros when in reality they had debited 9 more from our account? Maybe he knew he had "deliberately screwed up" by making us pay more than we should? In summary: restaurant with high prices, average food, nothing excellent and certainly not at the price level. Mediocre room service. Attention to customers nothing.
