Toller Service. Das Hotel ist direkt im Schloss und auch sehr zu empfehlen.

07/06/2025: Io sono trooooppo affezionato a questo posto. Ogni qualvolta mi trovo a Firenze è tappa fissa. Cibo autentico e buonissimo. Qualità prezzo top. Ma ciò che fa la differenza, lasciatemelo dire, è la gente che porta avanti questa splendida “bottega”. Massimiliano, gabry e tutta la squadra….Mio posto del cuore a Firenze.
05/05/2025: Allá Vecchia Bettola está fuera de la trampa turística en Florencia - vale la pena dejar el centro y salir aquí. Nos encantó todo y la oportunidad de visitar otras partes de Florencia. La comida es maravillosa - el servicio y el ambiente también. Si tuviéramos la oportunidad y nos quedamos más tiempo en la zona, sin duda habríamos vuelto para otra cena o almuerzo.

Inattentive service.
20/08/2025: As soon as we walked in, there was a very strong smell of fish. To say the bathrooms were dirty is a compliment.
The food arrived quickly.
We were miserable the whole evening.
I don't recommend this place.

10/05/2025: Serata tranquilla in coppia. Pizza buona. Bassa, come nelle tipiche case del popolo fiorentine ma devo dire molto buona. Carica di sapore e di ingredienti.
Peccato per i prezzi da ristorante gourmet. Impossibile pensare di pagare una maialona 14,5€ o un antipasto toscano 13€.
A ponte a Ema manca una pizzeria, a prezzi medi sarebbe sicuramente stata un’opzione per la routine ma così è difficile. Valuteremo se tornarci.

30/08/2025: The food was excellent and plentiful, it was a shame we couldn't finish the lampredotto, having been full from the previous courses and the heat (it was piping hot, but delicious).

27/08/2025: My Parents and I had breakfast here. It was really nice and the food is yummy! :) But sadly the Service is not the best. They Just stand there and Talk to eachother rather than to serve us but overall good Café. :D
25/08/2025: We were just here for a drink. Considering the view of the Ponte Vecchio, it was a really good price (€5 for a 0.5l Coke).
