03/03/2025: Potremmo scrivere un poema epico sul prezzo del caffè decaffeinato macchiato quanto mai potrà costare di più ? A seconda di chi te lo serve il prezzo varia... Si va da 1.30 a 1.40...per arrivare a 1.60 ...che mi sono domandato se ero in centro a Firenze o in altra grande città nel 2026( forse li aumenterà a tali cifre) Se non c'è chiarezza .. Comunque a 1.60 è un prezzo folle..e comunque ci dovrebbe essere nel listino per chiarezza Quindi dopo l'ennesima cifra esosa si salta ...

26/02/2025: Dinner with colleagues, some arrived late but, in any case, dishes arrived "in installments", some had finished the pizza, others still had to have it! Poor quality appetizer, my pizza was not the one ordered and the waiter even insisted that I made the wrong order! Luckily I wasn't alone otherwise I would have thought I expressed myself badly! Quite a steep bill for a shared starter and a pizza that I didn't finish and didn't like! I don't think I'll return.

16/03/2025: Nonostante i prezzi molto alti, soprattutto della pasticceria (non sempre giustificati dalla qualità), mi reco spesso in questo esercizio soprattutto per acquistare pane ma molto spesso anche di mattina, si trovano solo pezzatura piccole a prezzo maggiore. Sarà un caso?

11/01/2025: Posto pessimo, a quanto pare bisogna chiedere il permesso per entrare. Inoltre ci hanno trattato diversamente dagli altri clienti per la nostra età visto che loro sono tutti anziani turbati e scortesi. Non tornerò mai più perché il servizio è pessimo dico io ma se voglio usare il bagno devo chiedere come a scuola?? Grazie per averci praticamente cacciato senza nessun motivo apparente. Non ci andate se siete ragazzini o vi guarderanno male. Avrei messo 0 stelle ma non si può.

10/12/2024: I had breakfast in this bar as soon as I arrived in Cortona. The owner welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. Very good pastries and lattes, the price perhaps a little exaggerated. However, I would recommend it for the niceness of the person at the counter.

18/01/2025: All the standard things you expect in a restaurant are absent in this restaurant. In the heart of Tuscany, typical Italian dishes, made from a can and/or the microwave, tasteless, and on top of that, the service has not been in the mood for it for a while. Maybe it's because we are Dutch in Cortona, so tourists, they only come once. Now we live in Cortona half the year, so we could come back or recommend a restaurant to friends, but not this restaurant.

07/01/2025: think of a restaurant that will serve the best meal in Italy! TASTY dishes, very well served and if you are looking for regional flavor, come! I've been to Italy a few times times and I didn't find the flavor and atmosphere so wonderful.

12/03/2025: Scortesia ingiustificata. Sul banco 20 cornetti salati. Crudo; pomodoro e mozzarella ecc.. Chiedo di aggiungere il pomodoro ad un cornetto al crudo. Risposta con tono acido: "Quello che c'è è così e basta"! Intanto calmati, visto che non lo volevo gratis ma sono un cliente. Si può dire di no in tanti modi..

24/03/2025: the structure is a little dated but very welcoming and clean and offers tranquility. Helpful and kind staff. A special thank you to Mrs. Anika and the "breakfast boy" whose name, forgive me, I don't remember. Convenient location even if outside the historic center, still reachable with a half-hour walk or by bus through one of the main streets of Arezzo (and which passes next to the train station). I will definitely come back

01/03/2025: Abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora per avere un piatto di salumi e formaggi (che poi praticamente erano solo "salami") ed una porzione di verdure grigliate, surgelate e insipide, mentre altri clienti arrivati dopo di noi hanno avuto i loro piatti cucinati in tempi brevi. Dopo vari solleciti il cameriere si è scusato dicendo che c'erano stati fraintendimenti con la cucina (non capisco cosa ci sia da cucinare in un piatto freddo).

09/04/2025: abbiamo mangiato una pizza buonissima e un hamburger altrettanto buono , da segnalare la gentilezza e la professionalita' del cameriere che ci ha servito comprendendo anche il nostro bimbo di 2 anni che ha sporcato un po' per terra . assolutamente da consigliare .

08/03/2025: Sono stata per un pranzo veloce ma a differenza delle volte precedenti la ns esperienza è stata del tutto negativa, il mio piatto erano due fette di salmone di bassa qualità , una pallina di formaggio spalmabile e tre quadratini di schiacciata, un piatto assemblato male anche da vedere, ma ho lasciato correre. Il primo di mia figlia , tagliolino alla vongola, freddo e asciutto. Mandato indietro, mi hanno portato una penna in bianco assicurandomi che sarebbe stata cotta sul momento e invece era precotta. Finale , mi figlia non ha toccato cibo. La cameriera è stata gentile nonostante il mio esplicito e nervoso disappunto . Tolto il tagliolino dal conto , ma per una insalatona e due fette di salmone , una bottiglia di acqua , il digiuno di mia figlia e il tutto servito nel locale caffè perché la sala pranzo era piena , a 30 euro il mio parere è del tutto negativo. L’attenzione è al numero ma non alla qualità. Peccato, spero di essermi solo imbattuta nella giornata sbagliata ma c’è sicuramente da migliorare. Gentile lo staff.

26/11/2024: La nuova gestione ha decisamente peggiorato i servizi del bar. Oltre a non offrire più l’ampia ed alta gamma di pasticceria e salati (adesso veramente scadente), sono anche maleducati e con prezzi eccessivi: cappuccino ben 1,90€ e semplice caffè 1,40€ !!!! Folle!

22/10/2024: Ho pagato il dolcetto in foto 2,50 euro ( non è grande come una pasta da colazione, è come un biscotto). Qualità scadente, personale scortese Al bancone ( no servito al tavolo)
