14/06/2025: Pessima esperienza, scortesia e tempi di attesa inaccettabili Siamo stati un sabato sera ( tavolo prenotato nel pomeriggio)e, purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata estremamente deludente. Arrivati alle 20:30, abbiamo dovuto aspettare oltre 15 minuti prima che qualcuno si accorgesse della nostra presenza e ci portasse i menu'. Dopo aver ordinato, abbiamo atteso più di un'ora e mezza senza ricevere alcuna informazione o aggiornamento. Nessun cameriere è passato al nostro tavolo durante tutto il tempo. Quando abbiamo chiesto cortesemente notizie sull’arrivo delle pizze, il cameriere ha detto che sarebbe andato a controllare, ma non è mai tornato con una risposta. A quel punto abbiamo deciso di alzarci e andarcene. Alla cassa, abbiamo trovato quella che presumiamo fosse la proprietaria, alla quale mia moglie ha fatto notare con educazione che un'attesa del genere è eccessiva. La sua risposta, invece di essere comprensiva, è fuori luogo: ha detto che avevano troppi clienti e, quando mia moglie ha suggerito di limitare le prenotazioni se non si è in grado di gestirle, ha risposto seccamente "Le paga lei le tasse?". Un atteggiamento a dir poco scortese e irrispettoso verso i clienti. Abbiamo comunque pagato 10€ per le bevande (che avevamo ordinato all'inizio) e ce ne siamo andati in un altro locale, dove siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e serviti in tempi rapidi. Disorganizzazione, mancanza di comunicazione e totale assenza di rispetto per i clienti.

20/04/2025: Vengo oggi con famiglia e suoceri e cognati a mangiare antipasto 5 primi cannelloni risotto ai funghi 6.5 agnello 6 arrosto 7 tempi di attesa un po' troppi lunghi le porzioni in po' a miccino voto totale 6.5 speso 40 euri.

08/06/2025: Great solution for quick lunches. The food is really good and affordable! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Everything is clean and there is a great choice for all tastes. The butcher shop is their strong point, but we discovered it for the ready meals.

30/03/2025: Purchased a takeout dinner for a group of friends during a weekend with friends from all over Italy. Delicious food and appreciated by all.

02/06/2025: Excellent and crumbly piadina, I wanted to try "la patti" and the seasoning was excellent. The only flaw was the unsalted chips and cooked at an oil temperature not high enough.

18/05/2025: Servizio terribile sembra quasi di dare fastidio al personale. Prezzi altissimi per ricevere prodotti che non sono nulla di che.

10/06/2025: The payment kiosks sometimes get stuck and you don't know if the payment went through. Service sometimes very slow.

02/06/2025: Total disappointment. We ate badly: small portions, mediocre food and most of what we ordered never arrived. Despite this, the bill was full and salty, with products never served. The owner, who we reported, ignored everything with an incorrect and not at all honest attitude. A place to avoid: low quality, little honesty and no respect for the customer. We will never return.

15/05/2025: Today I took three schiacciate, the first one when I cut it I could see it was hard (it wasn't fresh). I asked for one with capocollo and the guy didn't know what it was (???) with a soft cheese (the chessboard) but he gave me the part that was dry, (when I felt something hard I didn't understand, I opened the sandwich and there were two pieces of dry cheese.). Moral of the story, two bites and throw all three away. In my opinion the products are good, but they should always be kept fresh. I don't recommend it also because for three small schiacciate I spent €15. The refrigerated counter is not clean

09/06/2025: So many memories. Early 80s it was one of the first restaurants, if not the first, in the Viterbo area, to open with self-service appetizers. For us hungry young people it was a real godsend.

21/04/2025: Bad experience, dishes arrived cold without salt, without seasoning, exaggerated prices for the offer...an Easter lunch to forget. Never again

22/05/2025: For the first time I went to eat pizza in this place with a group of friends and we sat on the veranda adjacent to the main room, very nice, clean but perhaps due to the weather a little cool. After 5 minutes the waitress came to take the order and after about 15 minutes the pizzas arrived. Very good and well cooked and there was nothing left on the plates. The service was good as was the price
