28/12/2025: The place is small and a bit too noisy. Nothing special, but in my opinion, the quality/price ratio isn't very attractive.

12/12/2025: Terrible experience, it couldn't have been worse. The crostini nero was clearly a discount store product, the pici were passed off as garlic sauce, but unfortunately, they didn't contain garlic, just lots of garlic. The grated parmesan cheese was smelly and rancid, the bathroom was dirty, the napkins were greasy, and to top it off, the bill was high. Absolutely not recommended.

21/10/2025: Terrible experience. The Oliver Hotel has been closed for months, but the owners "forgot (???)" to communicate this small detail. So I booked on Expedia, paid immediately (as requested), arrived, and found the hotel closed and up for sale. Luckily, two people who live next door helped me find another place to stay for the night through acquaintances. PS: I immediately reported the mishap to Expedia support via chat, and received a refund two days later.

28/03/2025: Poorly prepared but decent buffet starters, very good tagliatelle with mushrooms, ravioli with ragù with little flavour, cappelletti in broth with no flavour, especially the broth, mixed roast meat not to my liking, good vegetables and dessert. €30. Poorly maintained place with the smell of wood smoke. I expected much more but that's my opinion.

04/01/2026: We stumbled upon this charming and quaint little pub. We stopped for a few cocktails. We were truly welcomed by the lively and attentive owner. We had a darts challenge with Mr. Ubaldo, which we rightfully won. He even offered us shots. An unforgettable evening. Only go if you're open-minded. Seriousness isn't part of this place 😅😂😂😂🤣👌

11/01/2026: A very convenient location for breaking up a long journey, right next to the Arezzo exit on the A1. Spacious room for two adults and a child. On-site restaurant and a good breakfast in the morning.

11/01/2026: We regularly visit this location because we charge our electric car at the Tesla Supercharger. This was our first time staying overnight! The staff was incredibly friendly! The room was good! The breakfast was terrible!

05/01/2026: Quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide selection, and dinner was also good, featuring local cuisine. Unfortunately, we stayed in room 111, which was a bit dated and poorly maintained. The ceiling in the room entrance was under renovation, a broken clothes hanger in the entrance hall, and a hole in an awning. The spa experience was wonderful, with a relaxing massage and various pleasant treatments. Friendly and helpful staff.

02/11/2025: I have always ordered from pokerino and I must say very good food, but the service really poor, I ordered two pokes, one regular with its ingredients and a large with other ingredients completely different from the other with more additions (each two euros, and I had added 3, so €6 of additions), the regular one everything fine, in the large one everything but wrong from the fish to the sauces they gave me the same ingredients as the regular one. But I wonder what if I had been allergic to those ingredients? Report it, the refund? 11 euros, when I spent double for that wrong poke. The service needs to be reviewed, I would have preferred them to have sent a rider to collect the pokes and remake them for me.

23/09/2025: I spent more for a highly digestible dough. The result was a brick in my stomach all night. Poor ingredients, and the marinara had 12kg of garlic in it, the one from the jar. Disappointed compared to how I remembered it a while back.

09/01/2026: I was looking for hotel accommodations for January 6th. I looked on Booking.com and saw the Toscana Verde double room for €90. I called, and they emailed me a quote for €90. I went directly, and they charged me €98. The total bill, including tourist tax, was €104. The room was cold, there weren't enough blankets, the housekeeping needed updating, the bathroom had a sink that didn't drain... Breakfast consisted of yesterday's pastries... Obviously, this is my view of things.

01/01/2026: We booked this hotel for the night of December 31, 2025, as the last stop on our trip to Umbria. We didn't choose it because we knew the property, but simply because we were looking for a hotel with a jacuzzi in the room. We were assigned a suite with a jacuzzi: the room was nice, but nothing special compared to a 4-star hotel. The real problem came in the evening: when we tried to use the jacuzzi, the water was cold. We tried several times to contact the front desk, but no one answered. The result: no bathroom, and goodbye to the only reason we chose this hotel. In the morning, we reported the problem. The response was disappointing: we were told there was no problem, but that after 11 pm no one answered, even though it was New Year's Eve and the hotel was still busy. No apology, no customer service. We paid the full amount as if nothing had happened. I should add that the jacuzzi wasn't even well maintained. The breakfast was very poor, absolutely not up to par with a 4-star hotel, as was the overall condition of the property, which was rather questionable. For the price/quality ratio, I wouldn't recommend it. I found not only the handling of the issue, but the entire management of the property, to be appalling.

19/11/2025: I used to love it, but now only the chips are worth it. The piadinas had just two slices of ham, and they tasted awful... The quality and quantity are getting worse.

19/10/2025: This piadina shop is located in a shopping center in Arezzo: on Thursday, October 16, 2025, the piadina salespeople were the only ones in the entire center; they were very kind and helpful in trying to solve the problem we were having with our one-year-old's food. And we solved it, thanks only to them, I praise myself as best as possible. The piadinas, too, were gigantic, excellent, and very, very well-filled. Thank you

26/06/2025: We discovered the restaurant spontaneously. The food was delicious, and the staff and chef were very friendly. Overall, it was very pleasant and highly recommended! Traditional and unpretentious. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended!

07/01/2026: It's located in the newer part of town; if it weren't for the eye-catching sign, it wouldn't look like a restaurant. The entrance is at the back, offering a panoramic view in the summer. There's public parking on the avenue. The restaurant isn't large, seating 30-40 people at most. We went for lunch, and there were only two people in addition to our group. The service was quick, perhaps a little too pushy, and the waitress was present, coming to the table every two minutes. Dishes are cooked by a lady with a visible kitchen (the view is lovely). Portions are adequate, with reasonable prices. The tagliatelle, for my taste and experience, are larger than wide tagliolini, but the sauces and ragù are good. The crostini and main courses are pleasant, without anything special. Wine is available both in bulk and in bottles. The selection and variety of well-made desserts are good. The setting is adequate for the location, with a convenient bathroom and outdoor seating area. Dining outside under the pergola must be pleasant in the summer. They accept electronic payments.
