15/02/2026: Dinner with my relatives. It went very badly given that we ordered the food at 7 and it arrived at 8-10. We asked for sauces and they didn't arrive, so we had to ask for them. The salmon was of the highest quality, having blood in it. We were also prevented from eating any other food since they didn't bring it to us. For €24, it was a complete scam. I felt very ill after eating the fried chicken. The prices are insane.

29/03/2026: Deceptive. I won't be back. Very good food, nothing to complain about. Excellent pasta and mouth-watering ragù. Homemade tiramisu. It's a shame we went in for the menu posted outside, which included a first course, second course, and side dish, water, and wine/coffee for €14. Once seated, we requested this menu and were told that coincidentally, that option wasn't available that day, but that, according to the waiter, "the prices are good." We went in expecting to spend €28 for two and left spending €76 (definitely excessive, considering my experience... for water, two first courses, a second course, and two desserts... I haven't even spent that much on fish dishes). Furthermore, we weren't given a menu; the dishes were proposed verbally without any prices. In short, I don't recommend it at all.

28/02/2026: Welcoming place, great welcome. The pizza was terrible! Pizza like a wafer. There's no mozzarella, and you can barely see the tomato. The price isn't worth the food... Leave while you're still hungry! I don't recommend it...

04/01/2026: I'd like to respond to the owners regarding Siria Minuti's comment, since we were there together. Point number 1, you were rude from the moment we booked; the point about you no longer doing takeout after 8 pm was not mentioned at all; 2, even if it were for 10 pizzas, a 45-minute delay is absolutely unnecessary. Then explain: did you make half at one time and half at another? Because there were some lukewarm pizzas and some pizzas as cold as marble, not to mention that you made the pizzas however you liked, the 4 seasons became 2, the stuffed calzone was a calzone with ham, the salami with olives without olives. Finally, I won't even waste words on the drinks; I'm attaching your receipt directly. For next time, definitely not for us because we won't be setting foot in there again, be more polite and apologize if you don't even know how to do your job. Oh, and don't make excuses for the receipt because it's all written down and everything adds up to its extremely exaggerated calculation. Have a good evening and good work (we were taught good manners).

29/03/2026: We came across this restaurant while out one evening in Cortona and decided to give it a try without checking reviews. From the moment our group walked in—well over an hour before closing—we were made to feel like a burden. Two other couples in our section mentioned they had similar experiences. While we were seated, the server rudely waved off MULTIPLE couples wanting to have a drink or bite to eat with well over 30 mins till closing as well. The service was extremely rude. Our server repeatedly told us to “hurry up” while ordering, slammed menus on the table, and tossed napkins down without any care. When it came time to pay, he gave us attitude for trying to pay by card for a group of six. There were no signs indicating cash-only, which forced us to scramble together enough euros to cover the bill. This was completely out of character compared to the rest of our experience in Cortona, where everyone else was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it—both the pizza and pasta were underwhelming and comparable to low-quality chain pizza. If you read the reviews, believe them. It’s a shame, because this place stays open later than most in Cortona.

05/01/2026: I came early in the morning, at 6:30 and they worked. Bravo! The food is so-so, because they mostly use frozen pizza and simple things. But if you are hungry after the long way — it is a nice choice. And the prices are low.

07/12/2025: We were kicked out of the bar because "we took too long to use the bathroom," according to a hysterical customer who went berserk, prompting the owner to come and get us out. There were three of us, and in 6-7 minutes (2 minutes each), we relieved ourselves as best we could, holding each other's bags and coats to save time and avoid touching anything! You didn't give us a chance to explain, that's all! You were rude to us.

27/09/2025: Be sure to try the homemade panforte. This specialty from Siena and the surrounding area tastes sensational here at a reasonable price.

04/08/2025: A great refreshment on the way home! Family-run pastry shop; the owner is as chatty as we are. The crostata was excellent, as was my spianatina with prosciutto. Excellent coffee and a good cappuccino. Before leaving, we bought the very delicate cantucci, but I have to say the highlight was the panforte! I've never tasted so good! And the spumini...!!!!! Truly, thank you for existing to the people who, even today, after so many years dedicated to that work, still put their heart and soul into it! We'll definitely be back!
