02/11/2025: I have always ordered from pokerino and I must say very good food, but the service really poor, I ordered two pokes, one regular with its ingredients and a large with other ingredients completely different from the other with more additions (each two euros, and I had added 3, so €6 of additions), the regular one everything fine, in the large one everything but wrong from the fish to the sauces they gave me the same ingredients as the regular one. But I wonder what if I had been allergic to those ingredients? Report it, the refund? 11 euros, when I spent double for that wrong poke. The service needs to be reviewed, I would have preferred them to have sent a rider to collect the pokes and remake them for me.

22/07/2025: The fish you eat in the mountains isn't bad. However, I'd focus more on quality than quantity. The appetizers aren't bad, although that whole salad is a throwback to the '80s...the first courses are plentiful but too salty, and finally the grilled fish is overcooked, with rock-hard shrimp left on the heat for a bit too long. A €4 sorbet is a steal. The waiter wishes he were somewhere else. It's a shame, because I remembered it better.

19/04/2025: We went to this osteria last summer (but we still haven't gotten over our resentment). It was the longest lunch we've ever attended, not even a wedding in the South. Despite being the only customers, we waited two hours for an appetizer and a first course. The dishes were both pretentious and bland. When we pointed out the excessive wait time at the bill, the owner/cook became resentful, replying that everything was freshly prepared and that pasta should cook for at least 10 minutes. Madam, we waited two hours, and even if you ground your own wheat, it wouldn't have taken that long. Disappointing.

14/12/2025: One evening I happened to be there with my husband. It had been a while since I'd been there. We had a drink and then an appetizer. In the end, two arrived, but let's eat them. Two pizzas, and we'd been there for an hour. The pizzas were good, but the burnt black crust ruined the taste. It's a shame they ruined the aesthetics, yes. We were disappointed by the waitress, who was very rude to us. I don't know if we'll be back.

19/10/2025: This piadina shop is located in a shopping center in Arezzo: on Thursday, October 16, 2025, the piadina salespeople were the only ones in the entire center; they were very kind and helpful in trying to solve the problem we were having with our one-year-old's food. And we solved it, thanks only to them, I praise myself as best as possible. The piadinas, too, were gigantic, excellent, and very, very well-filled. Thank you

11/08/2025: Disappointing, we ordered crispy chicken thinking it was chicken, but it was actually a burger. They didn't change the price even though they offered a higher price for the price of the chicken. Terrible.

18/10/2025: A cafeteria in an industrial area. It's a good place for lunch, offering a wide variety of daily specials and more than reasonable prices.

07/09/2025: Unfortunately, we had to note the rude staff (I think the owner) and the meager portions. Their €16 mixed "selection of cured meats" platter was truly unpresentable. Look for something else in Arezzo.

31/07/2025: Food was tasteless. We chose four different options and none of them had any flavour. Took ages to pay. Seemed like the staff was more interested in serving their friends. Expensive and uninteresting food.

08/11/2025: It tastes so good! Marco and everyone else are so warm and welcoming. Definitely take some home with you. Even in the cold German winter, the delicious pickled vegetables and jams still warm my heart, and I think back with great joy to the time I spent there, with the dogs at my feet, the lovely conversations, and the incredibly delicious food. 12/08/2025: We went to this restaurant recommended by the hotel where we were staying. The location is casual, but it's airy, and the food is authentic, with zero-mile ingredients, from the vegetables to the farmyard animals. In our case, the night before, we ordered "Piazza all'Aglione," roast duck, and fried rabbit with side dishes (baked potatoes, tomato strings, tomato, and zucchini flowers)... FANTASTIC. Praise goes to Anna and Marco, who will make sure you have a pleasant evening. Of course, it's a no-frills place; here you eat and feel right at home. Highly recommended

13/12/2025: Clean bathroom with soap and toilet paper, shame the door didn't close

12/12/2025: Last night, December 11, 2025, around 10:30 PM, we came to grab a burger with friends. Seeing the restaurant empty and with chairs already on the tables, we wondered if it was open or not. We went in and asked if it was possible to eat or if they were closed (since it was posted that the kitchen closes at midnight). Three of them were annoyed and kept quiet, while one said, "Yes, the kitchen is still open." We chose our food. While waiting for her order to arrive, my friend went to the bathroom, finding it closed. She asked the staff if they could open the door for her, but they refused because it had just been cleaned. The sandwiches and other items we had ordered arrived, but everything was cold and it felt like eating plastic sandwiches! I wonder if this kind of behavior is normal. I understand that this isn't a fancy restaurant. I don't expect fresh meat, but I do expect a minimum of courtesy for the customers who pay for their food, and who, by the way, asked if the kitchen was still open before they sat down! Now I understand why McDonald's was crowded and not a single person there! What can I say? I'll choose better next time!

What about the Spriz Doga's, the Negroni, the Americano, the various gins, grappas, and whiskies? Don't forget that it's the official Arezzo retailer of Pambriacone. The price for 2025 is €27.

21/06/2025: Terrible experience. I go in to buy cigarettes, I ask for 4 packs and ask if I can pay by card: I am told no, while for the purchase of a single pack I was able to pay by card (among other things the transaction was 30 cents higher than the price of the cigarettes). Unacceptable and illegal: the obligation to accept cards does not depend on the amount or quantity, but is expected for any amount. Such behavior should be reported to the Guardia di Finanza. There are many other places where you can buy without having to witness this absurdity. Never again.
