25/10/2025: Bad experience!! The burgers deserve a passing grade, even if other chains offer superior quality and quantity. But the cacio e pepe was a disgrace, devoid of flavor, color, or aroma. If you don't know how to make the quintessential Roman dishes, don't do it!!! Make the burgers you like best and the fries, nothing more. Shame on you!!!! Avoid!!!

28/09/2025: The atmosphere is clean, quiet, and tidy. The welcome was excellent. We ordered a Margherita and a Diavola pizza, and both were served without a long wait. Honestly, the pizzas were nothing special, but that's a subjective opinion, but still, they were good for a fast food restaurant.

13/04/2026: I wanted something different, so I tried Primo's shop. All I can say is SPECTACULAR! Warm, freshly baked schiacciata with expertly cured loin (the artisanal kind that has all the pepper, salt, and herbs on the outside, for those in the know), grilled zucchini with parsley and garlic, a few mixed mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes in oil. CONGRATULATIONS! A rare place that captures the flavors of Arezzo.

Personally, if someone owns a business, they should welcome a customer both over the phone and in person. A terrible person. I wouldn't go even if they gave me a free lunch!

10/12/2025: It is not ideal for demanding clients, but the price-performance ratio is unique. The whole family and friends love to come back here. I highly recommend it.

14/10/2025: The structure is squalid after 2 hours waiting for the heating technician who didn't show up I packed my bags and left... dirty room, kitchen and bathroom worse, third world fixtures, staff not up to par... I wouldn't go back even for free... better to sleep on the street

17/11/2025: My main complaint is the price. Two Aperol Spritzes at 4:30 PM, for which we didn't want anything to eat, and given the time of day, which isn't exactly an "aperitivo" (aperitif time), the price was €14.00. When we pointed out that we didn't want anything to eat, the price remained the same. It seems truly excessive, especially considering the type of place.

25/01/2026: A terrible experience in every way. We ordered schnitzel sandwiches for €7.95: the tag clearly stated schnitzel, lettuce, and tomato. However, there was no lettuce. When we politely asked to add it (not as an extra, but as an ingredient already included), the man at the counter—visibly annoyed—replied that he couldn't do so, even going so far as to deny what was written on the tag. The same story for ketchup and mayonnaise: requested in the sandwich, not included, but left separately in single-serving sachets. A complete joke. Add to this the very poor quality of the ingredients, the cold sandwich, the intentionally missing ingredients, and a total lack of courtesy. Considering the price, the experience was absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against eating here.

30/11/2025: They should be thankful there's no 0-star option. The staff is not only rude, but also impolite. I don't recommend the coffee; it's water passed off as coffee.

16/11/2025: I've never encountered such rudeness in a bar. Terrible. If you don't like people, don't do this job. I don't recommend it.

29/12/2025: How can you run a restaurant business without restrooms? Being asked to use the public restrooms and being told that it's the fine arts that don't allow you to take a bath. Why continue operating if it's not up to standard, when other businesses can't. Not recommended
