27/01/2026: Nice hotel Helpful staff Room a little cold Food acceptable!!

20/01/2026: We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The reception service was excellent, but it's a shame that the hotel's location is a bit inconvenient due to the road being closed to turning, so you have to turn around at the roundabout near the motorway entrance. The rooms aren't bad, although the cleaning could be done a little more thoroughly. Especially in the bathroom, where the sink faucets and marble countertops were full of limescale and not very clean, and near the shower tray, there were limescale and mold in the corners. The bathroom shaving mirror was cracked in the middle, the ceiling was peeling, and water leaked from the shower glass and flooded the marble sink countertop and bathroom tiles, where stains and drips were visible. In the room, aside from the bar service, I think it would be appropriate to leave slippers available for guests, and perhaps an electric tea maker with tea bags or cups to make a hot drink. And the blankets in the closets should perhaps be sealed in bags to ensure their safety. Sanitization. Because they're arranged like this, it's hard to tell if they're clean or have already been used. In my opinion, cleaning needs a bit of a makeover.

09/09/2025: A salami pizza with literally 4 thin slices of salami that is also ugly to look at... I don't understand who taught you how to make pizzas... I remind you that the saying that food should also be eaten with the eyes is not just a figure of speech... there are pizzerias in Arezzo that are definitely better both in terms of service and quality of ingredients.

19/09/2025: Aperol €4.50. The lady didn't speak English, but it didn't take much to order a drink. Plenty of seating.

05/06/2025: Cenetta da ricordare…. Tutto eccellente e nel rispetto della miglior tradizione toscana …. Dal cibo al vino ….. servizio curato e attento …… Finalmente un posto dove si mangia bene e si viene coccolati !!!

02/06/2025: Locale carino con giardino. Abbiamo pranzato con poca soddisfazione, piatti sicuramente abbondanti, ma la carne non è nulla di speciale, soprattutto i tempi di attesa lunghissimi e l'approssimazione dei camerieri hanno reso il pranzo un'esperienza da dimenticare. Troppo caro e con troppe pretese.

15/02/2026: High prices for what's on offer, rude attitude toward customers (including children). Old and outdated atmosphere that offers nothing to the San Giovanni community except charging a premium for drinks without the welcome you deserve. It's up to you 😉

23/02/2026: The ice cream is too heavy; you can barely distinguish the different flavors because the creamy flavor overwhelms everything else. Furthermore, the owner is extremely rude and almost seems annoyed by the customers. Not recommended!

03/02/2026: This afternoon I was on my way to the ice cream shop after searching Google to see if it was open, and it was indeed open. Once I got there, I immediately noticed it was closed. At least have the decency to change the hours on Google if you don't respect them anyway.

13/11/2025: Pizza like the one from the discount supermarket

23/09/2025: I spent more for a highly digestible dough. The result was a brick in my stomach all night. Poor ingredients, and the marinara had 12kg of garlic in it, the one from the jar. Disappointed compared to how I remembered it a while back.

25/11/2025: 2 small croissants, 1 cappuccino, and 1 glass of water for €5.40... I still can't figure out the price.

01/09/2025: Excellent pizzeria, very nice and historic environment that I frequented in the early 2000s, very good appetizers and pizzas.. Excellent meat sandwich.. The only thing I would point out is the waiting times which in my opinion should be improved.. Anyway, highly recommended.

20/07/2025: Ieri sera sono stata per la prima volta in questo locale. Questo posto è stupendo. Il locale bellissimo. Ho mangiato una buonissima pizza!
