02/02/2026: I don't recommend it. Dishonest people. They asked me to pay a certain amount, and I didn't have any cash. I asked if I could pay by debit card, and they charged me 8 euros more than the initial amount. Unfortunately, I didn't see how much they'd entered into the POS terminal, and I only realized it after I left, when I received the payment receipt online. Truly dishonest. If you want, I can send you the payment receipt!!!

25/03/2026: Don't book this hotel. The people are unhelpful and greedy.I am furious. I did make a mistake that the booking calendar jumped forward one month so I booked Sunday 15th March when I intended to book Sunday 15th February. I contacted them as soon as they opened. But they would not simply change the date of the booking. I spent hours with my booking agent, who just kept saying that the hotel was sticking to the terms and conditions that my booking could not be changed.

29/04/2026: I was truly disappointed with this café. The prices are simply exorbitant for what they offer: paying so much for a coffee or a simple breakfast is completely unjustified. To make matters worse, the selection is truly limited and unappealing. The counter often seems lacking in choice, with bland, mediocre options. Considering the high price, one would expect at least a wide selection or fresh, carefully selected products, but here the value for money that should be the cornerstone of any café is completely lacking. There are much better options in the area, both in terms of quality and price. I wouldn't recommend it.

18/02/2026: Open all the time. But no dinner menu. On the main piazza.

23/02/2026: The ice cream is too heavy; you can barely distinguish the different flavors because the creamy flavor overwhelms everything else. Furthermore, the owner is extremely rude and almost seems annoyed by the customers. Not recommended!

03/02/2026: This afternoon I was on my way to the ice cream shop after searching Google to see if it was open, and it was indeed open. Once I got there, I immediately noticed it was closed. At least have the decency to change the hours on Google if you don't respect them anyway.

19/05/2026: The best pastry shop in Arezzo. Is definitely worth visiting!

10/05/2026: Pastry shop just outside the city walls, near Porta San Clemente, at the very beginning of Viale Santa Margherita. Limited street parking is available. A modern establishment, longer than it is wide, at least in terms of its display area. Upon entering, the cash register is on the left (get your receipt first for breakfast), followed by the display counter for cakes, pastries, and savory items. Next comes the bar. A few stools face the counter. To the right of the entrance is a small dining room. About halfway down, opposite the counter, are shelves displaying bottles of wine. Fairly priced for breakfast.

21/06/2026: Honestly, I don't know what keeps this place open. They apparently make a limited amount of dough. We've been there many times and they tell us they can't serve us because they're either closing or they don't have enough dough to make a single pizza. It's a shame because the pizza isn't bad.

14/05/2026: Clean and tidy place. Quick service and excellent quality pizzas. Fair prices. We'll be back.

28/02/2026: Welcoming place, great welcome. The pizza was terrible! Pizza like a wafer. There's no mozzarella, and you can barely see the tomato. The price isn't worth the food... Leave while you're still hungry! I don't recommend it...

02/06/2026: I used to enjoy this hotel as a stopover while charging my car, but recently the staff has changed (definitely for the worse), and as a result, the overall quality has significantly declined. The bathrooms are always dirty and smelly, and the bar is now unusable (the staff is inadequate and, frankly, completely inappropriately dressed).

25/06/2026: We ordered chicken wings and they gave us dried old chicken wings … it was so bad in taste … they should learn how to serve a customer with better and fresh food not old dried and refried foods ..

15/05/2026: For my son, my wife, and I, it was one of the worst experiences in a restaurant. Let's start with the food, which was cold, soggy, and bordering on disgusting, partly due to the fact that the oil they were frying the food in was clearly overused and hadn't been changed in days. All three of us had stomach aches and a feeling of heaviness for over a day... Not to mention the tables and chairs... dirty and broken... I'm glad to see a business not run by Italians, but, guys, they need to do a little bit of work. I hope for their sake they improve everything.

11/07/2026: Pizza delivery. It's been a while since I've ordered from this pizzeria, so I wanted to try it again. I ordered an Americano (Margherita + sausage + fries), but it was incredibly salty. I couldn't finish it. The amount of salt was so much I could barely taste the toppings. A real shame, but for now, it's a big no. Last time.

03/04/2026: A small place but a warm atmosphere. I particularly liked the decor and the use of warm, unobtrusive lighting. My roommate and I had the eggplant and meatballs as appetizers, respectively, and we weren't disappointed. But the real highlights were the pizzas: I had a boscaiole, modified for religious reasons, and my friend had 4 cheeses and spianata. Delicious! Even though they filled us up, we didn't even feel the crunch after dinner. The owners were incredibly kind. We'll definitely be back!

23/09/2025: I spent more for a highly digestible dough. The result was a brick in my stomach all night. Poor ingredients, and the marinara had 12kg of garlic in it, the one from the jar. Disappointed compared to how I remembered it a while back.
