12/03/2025: Scortesia ingiustificata. Sul banco 20 cornetti salati. Crudo; pomodoro e mozzarella ecc.. Chiedo di aggiungere il pomodoro ad un cornetto al crudo. Risposta con tono acido: "Quello che c'è è così e basta"! Intanto calmati, visto che non lo volevo gratis ma sono un cliente. Si può dire di no in tanti modi..

07/04/2025: Madness, unspeakable, we expected something completely different, we stumbled upon it by mistake, there is another place with the same name which certainly has nothing to do with this one around. From the moment we arrived we sensed something was wrong, which was confirmed at the end of the meal (which lasted 40 minutes in total because luckily we had decided to leave) Menu, price list not displayed, invented location, precarious cleanliness, restaurant? Trattoria? Cafeteria? What are you? Owners who pride themselves on producing Km/0 specialties, it's a shame that the flavor is industrial, mockery! More seriously, inventing fake accounts hoping that the customer will pay without replying is a serious sign, you try, you try again and someone has fallen for it and will fall for it again, obviously. A plate of crostini, 3 slices of ham, a Tagliolino with Ragù for 2 people and 2 bottles of water, bought at the discount store and served in plastic bottles, cost of the operation for the lady at the checkout = €60.00...which then became €47.50 after asking for explanations, a price however beyond any LOGIC, lunch from €30.00 (GENEROUS). NEVER AGAIN, TOTAL MADNESS Embarrassing how older people try to trick you with a fake smile, but is it normal to act like this?? Folly!

02/06/2025: In the sandwich/focaccia/pizza section there wasn't even one product without mozzarella and I'm lactose intolerant. With so much variety it seems like a pretty serious lack of attention to me. In the bathrooms the distinction between male and female is not clear and this is also an inconvenience. Then too many dogs barking and one was also a Rottweiler without a muzzle so it was uncomfortable.
