30/08/2025: We actually came here because of the view, but there are actually better options in town. From the table, it was difficult to see the landscape. The courtyard is surrounded by relatively high walls. The food was very tasty. The fish dishes were also very impressive. The service could have been a bit more energetic; we had to constantly ask for our attention when we wanted to order something.

27/08/2025: We ended up here by accident. We fell in love with this charming Tuscan town on our way to Siena. While strolling, we spotted a wonderful local restaurant with a very extensive menu. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view from the terrace. All the dishes we ordered were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We didn't wait long for our food. The service was very friendly. You can pay by card. There are plenty of free parking spaces nearby. The small town is perfect for an evening stroll.

My wife and I, two first courses and two 33cl bottled beers, came to €38. Plus, it's not even a restaurant, it's a kiosk. Ridiculous and exorbitant prices. €15 for a plate of tortelli...

21/10/2025: We were there on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Truly disappointing. We felt cheated. The wait was insane. The portions were truly finger food. In the end, tired of waiting, we got up, still hungry, and paid the €91 bill. They couldn't care less whether we ate or not. Avoid.

The ravioli alla boscaiola weren't homemade and were topped with supermarket-quality mushrooms. The sliced ​​cheese and pear steak consisted almost exclusively of pears, with very few shavings of cheese. The lemon veal cutlet was served practically raw, so much so that we had to ask for it to be recooked. The service was also poor. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend it.

The mushrooms used are pre-sliced ​​mushrooms from the supermarket, which is strange because Sestino has an abundance of mushrooms...porcini, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles...not to mention the truffles, which are abundant in the area, but completely absent from this place. The service is also subpar. A huge disappointment.
