Every time I go to spend an afternoon in Cortona I stop in this bar to drink an excellent coffee.... kind and friendly owners and employees. Also an excellent choice for buying a good bottle of wine to spend a nice evening with friends. Advised

Nice Bar on the main street of Cortona, called Ruga Piana by the locals Large selection of good wines and prosecco. Unfortunately they don't have my Franciacorta. Beautiful view from the window from inside the bar, you can see the roofs of Cortona and the hills. Nice additions to aperitivo, e.g. a piece of fresh focaccia. The interior is quite atmospheric, although it was nicer a few years ago. A little sanding, renovation of the sofas (dirty and shabby) and a few details would be enough to restore the interior of the place to its former charm. There's a vibe. I recommend!
