Wonderful berry jam croissant and chocolate croissant. The cappuccino was in the top 5 I've had in Italy - the milk was perfectly foamed and beautifully poured. Great prices - 3 filled croissants and a cappuccino for 7.50€

What would we do without this cafe? Some days they would open even before 7AM, way earlier than most cafes in Florence. Invariably there would be a line of workers dressed in their florescent yellow vests getting their espresso, locals too. Each morning we would come down from our flat in the same building and weave our way to a spot along the wall. While waiting patiently for our coffee we would select a cornetto or some delicious pastry that would fuel us all the way to lunch.

10/05/2026: A very convenient place for both a quick lunch break and an evening aperitivo. It's always busy at lunchtime, but the service is well-organized and extremely fast, making it perfect for those short on time. The menu isn't very varied, but you always have the option of choosing between two first courses and two or three second courses with sides, so it's easy to find something you like. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick with their service. The atmosphere is charming and pleasant, with a few tables outside, which makes it even more pleasant on spring days. However, when the place is very crowded, especially at lunchtime, the acoustics aren't the best and it can get a bit noisy. The tobacco shop is convenient. Personally, I found the coffee a bit over-roasted and very strong. The only real drawback is parking, which is quite difficult to find.
06/03/2026: The best place for breakfast and lunch!! Excellent coffee and fantastic staff. Highly recommended by everyone at Ippocrate Odontoiatria.

17/03/2026: This review is more about the café (which always has excellent coffee and delicious pastries) than it is about Yousef, behind the counter, who, despite his young age, is a true professional: polite, tidy, and attentive. I wish him a bright future.
