A restaurant with meticulous attention to detail and impeccable service. The waiters are attentive to every guest's needs and find the perfect way to please. The cured meats are top-quality, but the Florentine steak, in particular, is truly spectacular. I recommend it for an intimate lunch or dinner!

Generous dishes with quality ingredients! Excellent local cheeses and cured meats. Prices are a bit above average, and the place is overheated! Definitely recommended.

8 out of 10 tables were Korean, lol. I made a reservation and got a discount, so I think I ate cheaply, and the meat quality seemed good. lol. I had the truffle pasta. They sprinkled grated truffle on top, and it was overall good. Also, the beer was large, which was nice. lol. The atmosphere was nice, and they provided a Korean menu, which was nice.

11/03/2026: I discovered this place today, despite having passed it a few times. I only had a light snack, a thin, delicious filled schiacciata. However, you can go anytime, starting in the morning for breakfast, continuing with lunch (it wouldn't look like it from the outside, but there's a nice space to sit at a table inside), or a delicious snack, whether sweet or savory. Another important aspect for me, but not always a given, is the friendly, smiling staff, including the owner, Silvia. Well done.
