28/04/2025: Dopo il GTE io e la mia amica abbiamo fatto sosta a Portoferraio e qui Da Gianni abbiamo concluso in bellezza con un'ottima cena!! Cozze strepitose e orecchiette fantastiche. Pesce di qualità e servizio impeccabile! Grazie ad Andrea per l'accuratezza e la simpatia! A presto.

24/04/2025: Op basis van de commentaren gekomen niet teleurgesteld . Het meisje van de bediening werkte haar eerste dag maar deed het heel goed en was supervriendelijk . Eerst antipasto czldo di mare en cozze alla marinara , daarna orecchietti alla pescatora en spaghetti alle vongole , daarna een gedeelde suggestie ( vongole , cozze , vis in een heerlijke saus ) . Afgesloten met een amaro van het eiland . Een echte aanrader en absoluut waar voor een zeer democratische prijs . Een aanrader !

23/08/2025: We sought shelter from a storm while we were on the beach, and were rudely told we couldn't sit down because we were only having ice cream/coffee, and we were even accused of obscuring the ice cream display case. I didn't know it was a crime. Long live hospitality.

22/08/2025: The location, overlooking the sea, is enchanting. The service is simple and family-friendly. The dishes we enjoyed were truly exquisite, including the sesame-crusted tuna of exquisite flavor. It's a shame that my dinner was disturbed by a family of foreigners who had arrived before us, and many others who weren't served their food. I took the liberty of mentioning my inconvenience to the waitress, who replied that I shouldn't have been doing their job. Granted, you never respond to a customer like that, I found this attitude highly unprofessional. (If there had been a delay in the kitchen, which is understandable given the time of year, they could have shortened the wait with a few pizza or focaccia specials, which has happened to me several times.) We paid the right amount, and despite what happened, I recommend it.

03/09/2025: We went to a business lunch, the worst experience we've ever had in Florence. I hope no one has to experience the disgust we felt during our dinner. We asked not to pay due to the poor service and food, but they told us they'd report us. We're so sorry for what happened and are deeply disappointed with their behavior.

31/08/2025: Visited in March 2013 - Just six minutes’ walk from the Duomo, this San Lorenzo trattoria is a reliable option if you find yourself stuck for dinner nearby (book ahead, it fills up fast). Seasonal produce drives the menu: young artichokes, sliced fine with olive oil and pecorino romano, were the perfect spring starter (8.5/10). A grilled loin of pork with roasted potatoes followed - pink, tender, and simply seasoned, with potatoes caramelised at the edges and scented with rosemary (7/10). Tiramisu closed the meal: light and creamy, though it needed a stronger espresso backbone for balance (7/10). Honest cucina casalinga with attentive service and solid execution.

26/08/2025: The hotel is strategically located for reaching the beaches and the most beautiful spots on the Argentario. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant serves very good food, including excellent pizza. Breakfast is basic. Highly recommended!

24/08/2025: I booked through Booking.com and it was a good choice. The price was a little high but acceptable. The included breakfast wasn't very good or varied. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant is very good, and the prices and service are reasonable.

03/08/2025: This restaurant serves very delicious plates of seafood. Antipasti and primi piatti (we did not try the secondi's) are absolutely of a sensational taste. I can highly recommend it to everyone who loves seafood. Thanks a lot for this experience!

22/06/2025: The only bar open on Sunday, with a lot of products available. Passing by on the motorbike they prepared us some delicious and fresh schiacciata of the day, with cured meats sliced ​​on the spot.... Little choice of cheeses but it was more than good. Very honest prices (4.50€ for a schiacciata with cured meat and cheese) and water 1€. Highly recommended.... They also have many pastries and ice creams as well as various seats both inside and outside.

13/08/2025: We had dinner on a Monday evening, and despite there being only a few other tables, I have to say the service was a bit slow, even when we took our order, but hopefully that's an exception. Usually, they ask for your water preference when you're seated and then serve it, especially in the summer! The food was good; we tried both meat and fish. The seafood salad was excellent! The first course "alla gricia" was a winner! The sliced steak was delicious. Three of the eight fried calamari and shrimp arrived without shrimp (they were then brought separately). Overall, a good restaurant. I'll be back to try the meat dishes, which were delicious. The pizza was worth trying. The atmosphere was simple and pleasant, and the waitresses were always smiling!

07/06/2025: This pastry shop was recommended to us by the owner of the pizzeria il carrettino, we walked three kilometers to get there, but it was worth it, to taste the vegan bomboloni filled with chocolate and pistachio, and the almond sweets. A delicacy!

19/05/2025: Holiday in the Tuscan regional natural park with wonderful itineraries and beaches at your disposal. Along the ancient Aurelia Vetus where you can find Roman ruins and a magnificent bridge over the river, as well as wild animals and Mediterranean flora, such as the Etruscan sea lavender and olive groves.

02/09/2025: Small cozy lovely restaurant. It has a great view of the beach, and the staff are great. The menu is a little short, but each dish is amazing. My recomendation is the pasta with mixed seafood.
