19/09/2025: Excellent coffee shop and terrace restaurant. The family managing it this summer was so kind, friendly and welcoming. They made you feel like a part of their family :) Always so cheerful and smiling. I ate here every day during my trip to Follonica and cannot wait to come back next year. The food is delicious and service is excellent. The views of the beach, especially at sunset, are the cherry on top!

27/08/2025: I was there on vacation alone, and the entire staff made me feel like part of the family! They spoiled me, pampered me, entertained me, and fed me wonderfully. I've never had such a welcome anywhere! The restaurant is run by the most cheerful and colorful family I've ever met! I had a wonderful time in their company; they are fabulous, and their dishes, mind-blowingly delicious! I'll always have wonderful memories of them all and those delicious paccheri! Thanks guys, I'll never forget you!!! Fantastic!

23/09/2025: Four of us went there for dinner last night. The food was good, but overall, we weren't impressed. There was no music, and the atmosphere wasn't particularly inviting – even though there were only three tables occupied, there were two waiters serving, who didn't seem particularly friendly or attentive. The atmosphere was simply lacking. We found the prices significantly too high: for four main courses that were truly meager, even two light eaters said two waters and two bottles of wine (approx. €30 each), a portion of purée cost €10, which wasn't included with the €40 fish, so €50 for a small portion of fish with tomatoes, we paid over €300. For that price, we would have expected a more harmonious ambiance and a special overall experience. Overall, it was rather disappointing – good food, but not convincing value for money, and no atmosphere that would make us come back.

12/09/2025: An ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet, just minutes from the center of San Gimignano. Here you can enjoy excellent tastings of the estate's wines. Highly recommended.

08/09/2025: A beautiful vineyard with good wine and olive oil. We spent some time here on our way to San Gimignano and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend it as a place worth visiting.

08/11/2025: We had two covaccini with truffles, priced at €25 each, and the price was reasonable. But at least the truffle should have been good quality. Instead, it was simply two covaccini with mozzarella. What a shame, I'm sorry...

30/10/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria da Fischio is a place just outside Quarrata that offers thin-crust pizzas, well-made and prepared with top-quality ingredients. Prices are average, although the authentic pizza costs a euro more, which is uncommon at other places. The gourmet pizzas, while good, are a bit pricey in my opinion: €14 is a bit steep, considering I've found similar gourmet pizzas elsewhere for €11-12. The staff is friendly and attentive, and overall the place is worth a visit, even if the prices are a bit high for the area.

02/10/2025: My brother-in-law and I thought it was our best typically Italian experience. Our server, probably the owner, was friendly and welcoming. The small courtyard in the back made us feel like we were being invited by a friend. Super good and huge pizza. Very affordable price without compromising on quality. I recommend it 100%.

14/10/2025: I discovered this bakery by chance near my work. It stocks a wide variety of sweet and savory items. The service was prompt. Prices aren't cheap. It's definitely worth a try if you're in the Novoli area.

08/10/2025: Clean place, perhaps a little too dark, but overall very nice. The all-you-can-eat option also allows you to try butterfish sashimi at lunch, in addition to the classic salmon and delicate sea bass. The fried foods are nice and crispy, and there's a wide variety of sushi rolls. The only flaw was the lack of Venere rice rolls (which I prefer). I don't know if they're available at dinner, but other than that, the sushi is really good and beautifully presented. The basil sauce on some rolls is truly excellent, really enhancing the flavor. The salmon with mango and mango salsa would be fantastic with less avocado, which, in my opinion, overpowers the other flavors. Overall, an excellent lunch. They split the hours into two halves, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, to accommodate more people, given that the restaurant isn't very large. I returned recently (September 2025), and unfortunately, the butterfish sashimi is no longer available for lunch. However, they've added/modified a few special appetizers (you can order one per person), which are truly delicious. Otherwise, I can confirm everything I wrote previously: fresh, good-quality sushi and sashimi.
