Popular place friday evening close to midnight, the place was packed. Tasty icecream. Very small balls quite expensive compared to other icecream parlors. If you are in the city of Lucca, find something closer.

It's always a classic. They have many gelato flavors and plenty of seating. They also make cocktails, and you can dine on the terrace overlooking the Serchio River. I think they've increased the gelato portions.

The ice cream is just as good as it was when I was a kid. The gluten-free wafer is delicious, and for less than €3 you can eat a huge ice cream!

04/11/2025: In Viareggio, we were looking for a kiosk... but we couldn't find one: the kebabs didn't inspire us, so we chose this little Chinese restaurant where we had lunch with the all-you-can-eat option. Everything was good/average. The staff was friendly. The restaurant is a bit dated, as I recall, and there was limited space between the tables.
03/11/2025: Simply divine... Service, food, price... Everything is perfect.. Very, very highly recommended!
