17/08/2025: A really nice, trendy place for a good lunch. Good wine selection in beautiful glasses and a good menu that you can read on a blackboard. Friendly service, and they also have a tasty Italian beer on the menu.

16/08/2025: In a picturesque village, on a small square, you can enjoy a delicious meal here. Reservations are required. For those with a slightly larger appetite, a main course alone isn't enough, but the starter/main/dessert combination is certainly sufficient. Friendly, efficient service and a good wine list!

12/08/2025: Scoperto quasi per caso. Cercavo un posto a Pistoia dove mangiare il pesce e ho visto questa location. Fissato per il compleanno di mia moglie l’11 Agosto e quindi cenato da loro. È stata un’esperienza fantastica… Location bellissima, personale professionale ma soprattutto gentilissimo. Ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a cena a casa nostra. Se gli chiedevi info su una portata, subito gentilissimi e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra ti davano spiegazione sulla portata da scegliere. Io personalmente affibbiò ben 10 STELLE all’equipe del ROSSO VENEZIANO. Che dire delle portate? Da 10 ma non basterebbero le stelle in cielo per la bontà … Dai, se non ci siete mai stati dovete provarlo in tutti i modi. Il prezzo vale per tutto, ma sono sicuro che mi ringrazierete per il consiglio. Credetemi, ma ho intenzione di ritornarci… A presto ❤️

07/08/2025: Finalmente dopo vari tentativi, il locale è sempre pieno ,sono riuscito a cenare in questo ristorante . Devo dire che ho mangiato benissimo , ottimo antipasto di crudo e un primo veramente squisito , e un dolce di elevata raffinatezza. Personale gentilissimo . Il conto , parere personale, lo trovo allineato alla qualità di quello che ho mangiato

20/08/2025: We arrived at 1:30 PM with a reservation specifically for outside dining, but they wanted to seat us inside without air conditioning (I should point out it's August), saying they couldn't accommodate everyone! As soon as we sat down, they told us there was a bit of a wait because all the tables had arrived at once... as if lunch wasn't taking place at that time! The appetizers arrived at 2:50 PM, and not all at once, so some were eating while others were watching. We asked for wine, and the waitress put it on the table and left it there without opening it, only to open it again 15 minutes later. The first courses arrived at 3:30 PM, obviously not all at once. I had asked for a fusilli with guanciale, datterino tomatoes, and tarallo, and it arrived with speck. The reply was that they had run out of guanciale and the chef had added speck to the recipe on his own initiative without telling us. Another diner received an unpleasant addition of cuttlefish sac and shrimp intestines in his squid ink gnocchi. We asked for a bottle of water, and after 30 minutes the waitress arrived and asked if we preferred it still or sparkling. The very young waitress, perhaps newly hired, had no idea how this job was done. We left the table at 4:10 PM, paying more than €40 per person, with a substantial discount of €2.90 for six people. A Neapolitan trattoria that's Neapolitan only in name, but nothing like true Neapolitan cuisine! Absolutely to be avoided.

19/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant, excellent pizza and food! The location and atmosphere would be super nice, but unfortunately we ended up at a different table than the one we agreed on the phone. Long wait for food... Excellent food, but you should increase the staff in August!

22/08/2025: The highlight is definitely the tordelli, and it's worth a visit just for that. The meats (roast, roast beef, etc.) are also high-quality; on weekends, they definitely have a wider selection of ready-made dishes. Recommended

21/08/2025: I was passing by, it was late, and I stopped by this shop by chance. We ordered the Tordelli, and I can guarantee I ate five raw ones on the way home. Simply spectacular. Try them!!! Highly recommended!

18/04/2025: Che dire di Baffino, vero mito della ristorazione storica e pietra miliare dal 1966. Veramente meta irrinunciabile del mangiar bene, questo ristorante vecchio stampo è un vero angolo di paradiso. Fantastico a partire dal servizio gentilissimo e professionale del Signor Antonio e di tutti i ragazzi, potrete deliziarvi con piatti freschissimi sia di terra che di mare, sapientemente cucinati al momento e pronti a farvi impazzire di genuinità (palati più esigenti compresi). Gli antipasti sempre gustosissimi e fragranti, i primi della tradizione veramente irrinunciabili e spettacolari (linguine al pinolo, tortelli ripieni di ricotta e spinaci al ragù da urlo e molti altri primi della tradizione di terra e di mare) fino agli abbondanti secondi a base di carne buonissima (indimenticabile lo storico cinghiale in umido con le olive), pesce, verdure, tutte veramente portate buonissime (persino i contorni come le patatine fritte sono veramente buone), con ampia scelta di dolci(come se tutto questo non bastasse) tradizionali e fragranti (torta di semolino con marasche, l'irrimunciabile torta co' i bischeri della tradizione locale ecc ecc), il tutto accompagnato da buoni vini della casa. Impossibile trovare aspetti negativi se oltretutto si può concludere con il tipico poncino, una loro squisitezza acquistabile anche in loco. Cenare qui è in definitiva una delle esperienze più genuine da farsi negli immediati dintorni di Pisa (raggiungibilissimo dal litorale, da Livorno come anche da ogni città vicina data la vicinanza del casello autostradale di Pisa Centro): Baffino è sicuramente uno fra qui ristoranti del cuore che valgono davvero il viaggio. Consiglio di prenotare con un certo anticipo: dato l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e dato il fatto che il ristorante è veramente ambito per svariate situazioni (da cene intime a compleanni - infatti sono bravissimi anche a gestire grandi gruppi e grazie alla loro bravura e ottima cucina sono riusciti a farmi passare uno fra i compleanni più riusciti che abbia mai festeggiato), in definitiva i più che meritati complimenti a Antonio, Alessandro e a tutto lo staff di Baffino di questa vera e propria "istituzione del mangiar bene" che sfida il tempo, fedele ai suoi principi squisiti. Bravissimi tutti, grazie ancora di cuore, i più cari complimenti e...a prestissimo!

15/05/2025: Prices really balanced with the product, especially a plus for students! A varied list of different sandwiches and all good, I recommend it to those who are passionate about food and gourmands! In addition, the employees are very welcoming and very kind!

14/09/2025: The wait was far too long. It took three-quarters of an hour before they took the order. Almost nothing on the plates. The tagliatelle with zucchini flowers arrived without the zucchini flowers. The plates were dirty and greasy. The bill was very high compared to what was on the plates. I usually don't comment much, but this time I said, "Don't go."

11/09/2025: Fantastic experience! A sublime location, with a magnificent view of the Porta Nova ramparts. Fresh produce, excellent charcuterie, and excellent food. Large selection of Tuscan wines with excellent recommendations. Impeccable service, very friendly and welcoming, and they even speak French. You can go there with your eyes closed.

06/09/2025: Since we didn't book, they offered us a corner table with a dusty fan. We only saw the fan later... My pizza was overcooked and really thin. I don't recommend this pizzeria. The prices are high for the quality of the products. A bad experience... We won't repeat it.

23/08/2025: A perfect welcome, with Atos wagging his tail at us and the owners telling us they're ready to make us lunch, even though it's only noon. Appetizers with cold cuts and cheese and crostini, and fried pasta and dried tomatoes....in short, fantastic. Tortelli with meat sauce and mushrooms....everything excellent!! Guys, there's kindness galore, peace, tranquility, and excellent food. What can I say...highly recommended.

30/07/2025: This agriturismo is run by a family of parents and daughters... a very fit 72-year-old father who waits tables and manages to keep up with the annoying customers and crack a friendly joke. The €30 set menu includes a Tuscan appetizer with polenta, two first courses, two meat-based second courses, and dessert, and coffee... bring a deckchair to relax... there's plenty of space under the trees and canopies!

19/07/2025: This pizzeria offers a wide range of delicious options, catering to a variety of needs. I really appreciate the variety of dough options, including regular and gluten-free, with the option of lactose-free mozzarella, demonstrating great customer service. The clean environment and outdoor seating create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the friendly staff and the fabulous desserts for celiacs and lactose intolerants complete the culinary experience. I will gladly return.

18/07/2025: Unfortunately, on summer evenings they have outdoor tables, and those who decide to eat inside, to avoid mosquitoes, experience slower service.
