Welcome appetizer much appreciated, a feast of aromas on the palate
Grilled artichoke: perfectly cooked, but unfortunately the true flavor of the artichoke had faded... a shame because the plating was very meticulously done
Main course:
BRAISED VEAL: perfectly cooked, tender when cut, and full of flavor
Accompaniment:
Cubed potato: perfectly cooked despite its size and with a timeless flavor... excellent

We celebrated our fiftieth birthday at this lovely and welcoming restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dishes were well-prepared, tasted great, and beautifully presented. The only flaw was the dessert: the sponge cake was too dry and the portions were very small.

We went here for dinner almost by chance, but as soon as we have the chance again, we'll definitely return. Excellent restaurant, nothing is left to chance, from the impeccable service to the various courses, each one better than the last. A special mention goes to the dessert with sheep's milk ice cream, a truly unique treat,
absolutely worth trying. Truly, congratulations.

We booked through The Fork, which offered immediate availability and a 50% discount on the menu. When we arrived at the restaurant, they informed us that the app had applied discounts not authorized by the restaurant itself, but they still discounted our dinner. We each had two courses and a dessert. The dishes were beautifully presented, but above all, they were balanced and well thought out. This restaurant is recommended for anyone visiting Pisa.
