24/08/2025: On Thursday, while visiting Florence, we had lunch at Cibreo Caffè. The service was decent, and the food was equally good. We ordered two glasses of Pinot Noir. It was served cold, and the bottle had obviously been open for days. I pointed out to the waitress that it's unthinkable to serve a chilled red wine. She replied that it's okay. But for whom? 15/08/2025: We ran away!! Let me start by saying that we had to go get the menu ourselves or they wouldn't even bring it to us. Then, when we asked the waitress, "Do you make pasta?", she replied, "Are you kidding me?" Very unprofessional and rude. We left because the menu was so poor and we decided not to eat, unlike the photos you see online. When we went to tell them we were leaving—I should say, before they even started cooking—they replied, "Look at these guys," in a derogatory way. I don't recommend it for either the service or the menu. It's not worth it, you're wasting your time!

04/08/2025: We stopped at this restaurant on the recommendation of acquaintances, who remembered having eaten there well, especially the pizza. In reality, we discovered that it's primarily a seafood restaurant, although they do make pizzas upon request. We had a mixed seafood appetizer and a first course of egg tagliolini with clams and bottarga, a "tordello di carne" (meat tortello), all delicious. The staff were polite and attentive, the food was quick, and there were two small dining rooms inside. Parking isn't easy due to limited availability.

23/06/2025: Delicious pizza, brilliant service. We were very impressed. My husband was able to eat pizza for the first time in 6 years, because you can order gluten-free pizza in the restaurant. We highly recommend it, the best pizza we have ever eaten!

From breakfast to lunch, all the way to cakes to accompany tea. The presence of the Samavar confirms its absolute authenticity, despite its Russian tradition. The service is impeccable. The waiter has improved enormously. Precise, always remembering your tastes. Always helpful and smiling. The best place to spend two wonderful hours.
