04/11/2025: This pizzeria serves "atomic" cecina, which is what they're famous for, but the wood-fired pizza (special) truly highlights Gino and his wife's expertise. Their kindness, empathy, helpfulness, and cleanliness make their pizzeria a "real" one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! CONGRATULATIONS!

31/10/2025: The pizza isn't bad, although I didn't really like it. I had the one they call "La Pisana," with capers, anchovies, and grated cheese. The place is small and has a lot of tables, perhaps too many, so it gets crowded. However, the three people who work there are really good, because when I was there, it was packed. You have to stop by, even if just out of curiosity, and then... it's up to you.

31/10/2025: A lovely roadside restaurant with excellent food and attentive staff. Definitely worth a stop. I was there a few days ago with my family during our Tuscany holiday, and we'll be back. The card payment machine was broken during our visit. We didn't have any cash on us, but we were able to bring the money the following evening without any problems. I would even have offered to transfer the money on the spot or leave a deposit. The trust they place in their guests is incredible. Heartwarming.

24/10/2025: I went to La Melatina restaurant and was truly satisfied, very satisfied! My friends, Corrado and Domenica, had given me excellent advice. The cuisine is authentically Tuscan, with dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, with attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. The restaurant is welcoming and rustic, with an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. After my first experience and before returning home from vacation, I went there twice more, and I couldn't miss the opportunity to eat at this restaurant. On these three occasions, I ordered different dishes, and what can I say, they were all delicious!!! The house wine was excellent, both the red and the white. And finally, don't miss the dessert! It's amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to taste authentic Tuscan cuisine. I also cook game, but believe me, they know how to cook it really, really well. My heartfelt compliments to the owner, a truly delightful and capable person. And finally, allow me a joke: they have only one flaw: they're in Riparbella, and I'm in Genoa. 18/09/2025: I went there this evening with my family and I have to say we had a fantastic pizza. Light and crispy, topped with top-quality ingredients. Very nice location; you can eat outside. The staff were friendly and attentive. It's a shame it's not near our house.

16/10/2025: The pastries for breakfast were good, but the dough wasn't the best...too much chewing, and they were delivered a few minutes after the hot drinks, which means the cappuccinos might be cold by the time they arrive. The hot drinks were okay, and the smoothies were good. The savory croissants were also good. The welcome was good.
