What a comfort to enter a restaurant that displays an elegant and understated style, light, high ceilings, screens... what charm... this alone sets Fuor d'Acqua apart.
I don't know if it's a common feeling, but restaurants that follow design dictates, uniformed like armies, often trendy but so minimalist that eating seems like an outrage: they bore me... And so, from the warm welcome at the entrance, without ridiculous snobbery, to the maître d' endowed with an increasingly rare professionalism, to the very kind and, above all, smiling waiters, the evening unfolded pleasantly. The dishes? A guarantee. Raw appetizer, turbot with asparagus, paccheri... the delights followed one after the other, culminating in the amazing desserts. The wine list is superb.

If you're looking for the highest quality seafood, this is undoubtedly the place to be.
We started with the raw fish, and it was an incredible experience: absolutely fresh, with clean, well-defined flavors; every bite was simply perfect. I can say without exaggeration that it's the best raw fish I've ever eaten.
The rest of the menu confirms the same high standard: excellent raw materials, prepared with great care and respect. You can sense exemplary care in every dish.
The service also deserves special mention: attentive, friendly, and always present without being intrusive. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed.
A restaurant that truly knows how to offer a complete experience. I will definitely return and recommend it without a doubt, 100%!

It would be a perfect place, except for the General Manager.
I came here after getting a recommendation from a local for a place to eat raw Gamberi Rosso (the equivalent of Dokdo Shrimp in Korea), and it was delicious. The young server at my table was also a nice person... However, I felt uncomfortable every time the bearded old man manager spoke. I got the feeling he was subtly trying to get me to order something else, and his attitude of clearing our table's belongings without saying a word made me question if he was right, so I left feeling annoyed haha. If you want to have a good meal on your last day in Florence only to have your mood ruined, you can go there. Even though I spent nearly 300,000 won on food like that.
Beautiful restaurant! Fresh fish and seafood, delicious dishes, and top-notch service! I felt so pampered, treated like a princess!
