04/10/2025: I've been going here for a while, but since today, I honestly thought they'd gone a bit over the top. Obviously, I'm not talking about the food, but the service. A little while ago, I was having dinner with some friends and one of them was smoking a very ordinary cigarette. Nothing wrong with that. Then, the man who works there comes over and starts telling my friend not to smoke, interfering and otherwise causing a nuisance. A little more time passes, and today I felt like going out for pizza with the same friends as last time, and we decide to come here. We had placed our order, and I was the only one to get a small tub of chips. They asked us if we wanted to share it for 4, but I said no because they were for me. He starts commenting on my figure. What kind of friend/guy (I didn't hear correctly) are you who doesn't share? And that was the first time. As soon as the chips arrive, he tells me to put them in the middle so you can all eat them. I asked if there was a problem? And he told me to share, obviously as a friend, and it's normal that I share, and it's obvious that my friends can get the fries anyway. In fact, I'm always the first to share and offer, but it doesn't matter to him what I want to do or what I do, and honestly, I'm very annoyed that every time he meddles in everything I do or my friends do, commenting on us personally. The food is good, for goodness sake, it's a shame that he works there. A very kind guy who always cared if we had ordered or what we wanted on our plates, compared to that man who doesn't even come to take the orders and who doesn't know how to mind his own business, annoying the customers. I've also read in other reviews that you hear swearing with children at dinner, truly disgusting. Then, to top it all off, I'll also mention the perfect environment to help people decide where to go for dinner with family, friends, or whatever. That said, the atmosphere is nothing special. In fact, the men's bathroom doesn't have a door, so you have to go to the women's bathroom to do your business. Luckily, they fixed the sink for washing your hands. The outside area is quiet, although I often found the tables dirty or wet. It would have been a good place to eat, because the pizza is good, and the atmosphere isn't terrible. It's a real shame for the people who work there. I would have gone back, especially considering it's the closest pizzeria to my house, but honestly, I'd rather go to a pizzeria further away from here than go there.

08/04/2026: I was put off by the very mixed reviews, but we came anyway, and now I understand the comments: At first glance, the place seems like someone put a lot of thought into it, thanks to the unique names of the pizzas and the decor. In reality, though, the operation is rather half-hearted, and the staff seem more preoccupied with themselves. It's not very clean, a lot of things are broken, and the service isn't exactly attentive. I can imagine you could have really bad luck here. But whatever. The view is great, and the pizza was actually better than expected—quite good, in fact. The fact that the pizza maker himself barely speaks Italian and only recently immigrated almost makes you feel at home. Be warned: there's absolutely no shade, so this place is only for sunset and later.

27/10/2025: Three euros for a standard Coke can. As if it were glass. This is absurd. STREET cats wandering in and out of the street at will, one right next to the pizza oven; I love cats, but it was disgusting. I was about to pick up my order. A very small spicy salami diavola... plus a Margherita. Terrible.

I feel sorry for the service staff: young, untrained, left to their own devices in their ignorance—not unfriendly or malicious, but fatally uninformed about even the most basic rules of their industry. The Google rating system seems like a ridiculous farce. When I think of all the outstanding restaurants that truly deserve five stars—it's a slap in the face. It's become a meaningless world where everything is fake. Everything about this place was disappointing. The interior has all the charm of an IKEA store. Huge, practically empty. At reception stood a guy with the charisma of a dying houseplant, staring nonstop at his phone. I ordered a beer and went to the restroom. The whole place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in two weeks. Next to it was raw fish in the display case. I'll spare you the rest of that corner—it's unworthy of a Japanese restaurant. When I returned: a closed beer bottle on the table. Five employees, the same number as guests. No one was reachable. Three were gossiping in the back, one was staring at his phone, and a manager was busy with paperwork. Eventually, I shouted for help—he came over in a terrible mood, opened the bottle, and disappeared. The sashimi arrived after about 1.5 minutes. No wasabi, no ginger—just the most generic soy sauce in the world. I had to order wasabi separately. A minute later: four varieties of elaborate maki rolls. Made in fast-forward mode? Ready since yesterday? They were suspiciously stuck together and didn't taste fresh—I'd venture to say they weren't freshly rolled. Last came the miso soup. The easiest thing comes last. Strange. Three servers then stood exactly one meter away from my table and gossiped loudly. Every plate from which I took the last piece was snatched away before I could even chew. One of the three was sneezing nonstop into the air – the others carried sushi through his cloud of germs to a table with children. It's great that we've put Covid behind us – but service staff sneezing their way through a restaurant, holding their noses with their bare hands? In a restaurant? The others were also constantly touching their faces. A hygienic nightmare. It's enough to make you depressed. This culturally rich Palermo – and this grotesquely cultureless place.

15/03/2026: Unqualified staff, dressed as if they were ordinary people, would walk by and throw your plate on the table. Filth everywhere, dirty chairs, an unsightly table. The food was 50/50. Too much confusion, extremely rude people. We paid €36.80 each, too much for all this. Negative feedback. 👎🏼

The waiter knocked it off his chair three times by stepping on it even after noticing! The pasta was delivered to me with the draining water still in it!!! I hope things improve!

27/03/2026: The other evening, a friend invited me and 12 others to a dinner to celebrate his success. I wasn't familiar with the place, nor did I know what the food was like. Since it was an invitation, the menu was set, presumably chosen by him, so once we arrived, we all sat down at a table made up of a row of black square tables with a very large pedestal at the base, making it uncomfortable to stand on. Dinner for 13 people begins. First, two bottles of chilled glass water arrive, but without caps and already opened... water with a terrible taste (I assume it's from the tap after using a tank), then two plates of pizza, two plates of sfincione, two plates of focaccia, and two plates of bruschetta and a rotisserie mignon, tasteless and insignificant. All the dishes were cut into small pieces, but none of the dishes tasted as they should. But let's move on. We begin eating without anyone bringing suitable drinks, namely beer and Coke. And after much requesting, two bottles of beer and one of Coke arrive, again for 13 people. 🤔 The first course arrives, a plate of short pasta with no idea what the sauce or condiment was. After the first taste, I decide to add some grated cheese to enhance the flavor, but the cheese was flavorless and aromaless. 🤔 The second course arrives with three small pieces of pork loin sliced ​​so thinly that a slice The ham is much thicker, covered in a flavorless glaze of who knows what, served with a side of cold, burnt baked potatoes and hot French fries. Throughout all this, we constantly had to ask for drinks, and finally, a smile of thanks to the friend who invited us and a goodbye to the restaurateur who will surely never see us again.

In fact, the spaghetti arrives broken and at different temperatures. Glue-on sushi, and then pay attention to the bill. There's an Asian guy who pretends he can't speak Italian or English and will even charge you 5 euros for a 1-year-old, while 3- to 6-year-olds are half price, and everything else is full price. If you order the drink-free option, he always adds something by mistake. (Which he won't refund you later.)
