04/11/2025: Disgraceful experience. I left work late, got home at 10:30 pm, and decided to order McDonald's from Via Notarbartolo through Glovo for a quiet meal... and I still couldn't eat! They forgot the fries again, and the food arrived cold, inedible, and without any attention to detail.
The absurd thing is that Glovo no longer gives refunds for this place, probably because they constantly mess up orders.
A McDonald's run like this is a disgrace: terrible service, no customer service, and awful food. After this, I will never order from them again.
01/11/2025: They got the whole order wrong and forgot the fries. Never again.

08/02/2025: Terrible experience, it doesn't reflect what is shown on social media, it's a real scam. Terrible service, as well as the food, shown on social media to be "large", a hamburger full of blood is brought to the table and served with 5 chips. Furthermore, to make the situation worse, the long wait, even though there were few customers. Finally, half of the ingredients on the menu were not there, significantly reducing the variety of choices. I don't recommend it if you don't want to spend money and then go hungry.
26/01/2025: Bhe inizierei parlando dell'attesa seduti alle 9.35 alzati a 00.20 in totale cerano una 20 di persone compresi noi tra cui un tavolo da 12 persone che aveva lo stesso menù sembrava.
Abbiamo aspetta piu di un'ora per dei semplici antipasti che guardando video sull'applicazione sembravano gradevoli,ma invece erano vuoti insipidi e fatti senza una minima conoscenza della parola cucina.
Pinse che erano orribili,panini che erano piccoli con patatine affianco che arrivavano fredde (8 patatine in croce parliamo) e che dire dell'amarissimo conto che in 8 abbiamo pagato 135 euro che sarebbe una giusta cifra se mangi bene e gradevolmente.
Mai più,si chiama sbafo perché i soldi se li fanno a sbafo ma non per la qualità del cibo.

22/10/2025: I'm retracting my review of this restaurant, which has lost its integrity and courtesy after the firing of a longtime employee.
Last experience: we arrived as a group, placed our order, but they started serving us, giving priority to takeout orders. The dishes were brought three at a time, forcing diners to share what arrived. The owner, when we repeatedly asked for our dishes, urged us to finish what little was arriving.
Drinks were requested twice.
The last two dishes never arrived, and in the end, the bill was even incorrect, as they had promised me a special treatment on W.A., and soon they were blaming each other!
What a shame!!! We had a terrible dinner and evening.
14/10/2025: everything was excellent, well cooked food, their specialty is Chinese cuisine, really excellent I recommend everyone to take a look
