Bistrot 144 In Bagheria

Exceptional experience, top-notch pizza and service! ​I've been to Bistrò 144 and I can only compliment the entire staff. ​The Pizza: Truly remarkable. Light and digestible dough with a perfect crust. The ingredients are top-quality: the prosciutto was incredibly fresh, and the meat combinations (salami and sausage) were flavorful and plentiful. One of the best pizzas I've had recently. ​The Service: A special mention goes to Pietro, who looked after us with extreme professionalism, friendliness, and attention. It's rare to find such attentive and fast service, capable of making you feel immediately at home. ​Excellent atmosphere and impeccable quality. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

Second time I've been there, this second time I feel like writing a review for the impeccable service and the very courteous and friendly waiter with a perfect knowledge of the menu. He recommended an appetizer that we were satisfied with, as well as their pizzas with a soft dough and quality toppings!!
