19/10/2025: So I went there today around dinner time and I had an Oreo crumb cookie if I can say it was spectacular soft and good dough and you could really taste the Oreo excellent service very kind

05/10/2025: The table hadn't been cleaned; it had a sticky film. We waited a bit for the appetizer, and the pasta was flavorless and undercooked. Too bad, no one made any effort to rectify the situation. We were dissatisfied.

03/03/2026: Terrible. You don't leave people hanging after waiting an hour and taking medication to be able to dine confident they're actually getting what they paid for. Opening a restaurant at 7 PM and declaring it closed at 7:40 is a great way to tell you that you're not serious, that you'll never see my money, and I hope everyone who wants to choose you for delivery will read this.

08/11/2025: We ordered 2 americano coffee for a breakfast and we got 2 cappuccino instead ( 9,2e). We asked again 2 americano and returned the 2 cappuccino untouched. They charged us the 2 cappuccino. They presented the détail ticket after payment only. Scam. Well done!

08/11/2025: We were very disappointed with this cafeteria, a partner of our hotel. We are French and were staying in a hotel right next door, with breakfast included. In the morning, we went to this cafeteria as instructed by the hotel. We ordered two Americanos, but were brought two cappuccinos. We pointed out the mistake, but when it came time to pay, they charged us for the cappuccinos anyway! Another unpleasant surprise: the "breakfast included" turned out to be just a €3.20 discount on a total bill of €21, for a very mediocre meal. This is dishonest behavior and shows a complete lack of customer service. We absolutely do not recommend this place.

16/11/2025: I'm giving one star because there's no option to give zero, and I didn't give a star for the food, precisely because the service and lack of hospitality made me get up and leave without even having the chance to order. We arrived at the so-called "restaurant" with a reservation for Sunday lunch. No one greeted us at the entrance, but we glossed over it. Once seated, we were told that the all-you-can-eat Sunday lunch menu is priced the same as the dinner menu, which supposedly includes "special" dishes. I should add that all the dishes contained shrimp, and since I have a shrimp allergy, I couldn't even have tried one of those and would have had to pay the same price for an identical lunch menu anyway. This obviously wasn't specified anywhere; in fact, the lady mentioned it first, perhaps because it was a new feature (but I think it should be communicated when booking). Despite this, we wrote down the dishes on an order slip. We told the lady three times that we had already written down our orders, and after waiting a good 15-20 minutes JUST to pick up the order slip (I can't imagine the wait for our food), we decided to get up and leave when the staff completely ignored us. You didn't even ask if we'd like some water while you waited; I find that shameful. I believe that not even "Chinese" restaurants, as you call them (seeing the rather haughty, snobbish, and elitist responses the owner gives to negative reviews, who, being Italian, doesn't even know Italian grammar), guarantee such terrible service as yours. I believe a restaurateur should know the bare minimum of restaurant standards; here at Kokedera, there aren't even the basics. Furthermore, the prices for the menu are unjustifiable. That said, never again!

31/08/2025: The doner kebab for €6 was edible, but unfortunately, the taste was nothing special, and the portion was very small, about a third of the size of an average-sized kebab. This makes it feel like a tourist trap. The staff was friendly.

It's a moment to go from being a regular customer to considering never ordering from us again when the experience is this disastrous. A two-and-a-half-hour wait for delivery of a sandwich ordered via the app. Not a dinner for ten people, not a complicated order: a simple sandwich. Meanwhile, no communication, no meaningful updates, just an endless wait that turns hunger into frustration. When ordering via the app, a minimum wait is acceptable, but two and a half hours is simply unacceptable. If you can't manage orders, simply temporarily close deliveries instead of leaving customers hanging all evening. It's a shame, because as a loyal customer, I expected a whole different level of service. After an experience like that, I honestly wouldn't go back there even if everything was free.

07/03/2026: Horrible experience. Today, when I paid for two coffees, the vending machine gave me partial change. I asked for clarification and was denied any assistance. Moral of the story: two coffees for €5. I absolutely do not recommend! And be careful with your change; the machine doesn't give it back, and neither does the manager.

14/03/2026: Rude service, especially from the girl at the cashier. Kindness isn't for everyone.

08/03/2026: The worst I've ever been to. The sandwiches and fries were completely cold, and the cheese in the sandwiches was whole, not even slightly melted. The staff, all young, were rude and bordering on impolite. Dirt everywhere.

26/11/2025: The lady in charge is not very serious, she talks and laughs with the microphone open and closed while the game is in progress and she doesn't make any sense, she calls five and bingo when no one has declared it, breaking the rules and requiring a complaint. She doesn't stop the game even when asked to stop it by the sign-poster and the customer. There are too many irregularities even during the drawing. Sign-poster workers talk near the tables during the drawing. Number checks are never done when they should be done every hour. Numbers that are not drawn for several consecutive games, is it coincidence?

21/10/2025: It's a great place to spend some quality time.

04/04/2026: The rooms are old, even the linens are old and dirty, and the blankets are worn. Let's not even talk about the mini croissants and tarts from the supermarket; they didn't even have soy or almond milk. I don't want to go on. I don't understand why places like this are still open.

16/03/2026: The hotel is located away from the city center on a noisy street, which can be inconvenient. The rooms are clean, though the passage of time is visible, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast is the same every day: cheese, ham, and hard-boiled eggs, with a few sweets, and no vegetables. Overall, I give the hotel a positive rating.

14/09/2025: On the ground floor of a notably prestigious noble palace, there's a large room with stone columns and vaulted ceilings. Spruced up at a low cost and poorly managed, it's been transformed into a mediocre hangout for young men. The original structure is somewhat abandoned: deteriorated walls and floors with holes. The jumble of furnishings, paintings, and accessories is comical, with the "finely decorated" exhaust pipe taking center stage! In short, a splendid establishment adorned with paintings and accessories, chosen without taste or love. But the taste and love are lost above all in the embarrassing food we were served. Poor raw materials, subpar frozen products, awful and horrible-looking first courses. In a flashy city, where the concept of "taste" has been forgotten, these are the perfect formats to invest in.

12/04/2026: Last night, a normal Saturday night, there wasn't even a commotion. Around 1:00 a.m., I went to get the regular MC cone, the one for €1.30. I gave the guy at the cash register five euros in bills, he went to iron them to put them in the machine, and he ripped them up. Besides having seen with my own eyes, and more importantly, my friends saw how he ripped them up, the cashier definitely didn't intend to, but at least he should take responsibility for having done this inadvertently, and not tell me it was the money's fault. I would have accepted even a simple apology, but instead they blamed me, the money wasn't returned to me, and now I'm without €5, which my parents gave me, and five euros in the hands of an underage girl. THAT'S MONEY. I will take action as soon as possible.
