15/09/2025: We ordered two kebabs and a bowl of fries. They were really excellent, and considering the price, they would say that it is relatively profitable.

19/08/2025: Excellent value for money. The staff are courteous, professional, and always smiling. Nice atmosphere.

22/05/2025: Good welcome, but the bill is indeed steep for basic food...60€ for a chop and a sausage to share, plus a plate of pasta for two, a small plate of caponata, two desserts, a glass of wine for two. Basic room also very expensive. 80€...A shame, compared to the squalid establishments frequented in Sicily.

15/10/2025: Average... Maybe the time of year (mid-October). Standard dish. Good (Sicilian) Syrah wine. Not too noisy since I was alone, until a young American couple moved in with their child; a future Trump, the little one with the vocal training of his parents...lol. Takes 9% off the bill... "servizio", not so cool! So, Meh...

07/09/2025: We stumbled upon this pub by chance and decided to have dinner there. We ordered a hot mix that included fries, panelle (pasta balls), potato croquettes, and a piadina. The food was average in quality, neither excellent nor infamous. The staff were efficient and the service quick.

12/08/2025: A sweet and surprising discovery! I entered this gelateria intending to simply have gelato, but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available, including a delicious crepe that caught my eye! The crepe was warm, soft, and incredibly delicious, with a cinnamon and Smurf flavor that made my mouth water. The presentation was exquisite, and the service was friendly and efficient. The staff was very friendly and helped me choose the perfect filling for my crepe. The place was clean and tidy, with a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. In short, I was really satisfied with my experience at this gelateria and highly recommend trying their crepes! I'll definitely be back again to try other delicacies. 05/07/2025: I have known this ice cream shop since I was a child...it has been there for a lifetime with a different commercial name now. I still remember when they made pipes filled with ice cream of various colors that I was crazy about. I remember that it was an institution in the area. Unfortunately, it has changed a lot over time. I don't find it expensive at all compared to other ice cream shops but the quality of the product has certainly suffered over the years. I also noticed (as per other reviews read) a bit of superficiality in the management of cleaning, especially in the spaces in front of the bar occupied by tables. Here...it would be a good idea to pay more attention to both the cleaning of chairs and tables, and that of the flooring....(given that it should be the customers' responsibility to maintain order and decorum even in a public place...but this is a separate discussion unfortunately....). I think we can work on the quality of the ice cream....

09/06/2025: Premesso che la location è unica panorama mozzafiato , peccato che la cucina lascia molto a desiderare , zuppa di cozze anonima , aspettato i primi 50 minuti , siamo arrivati alle 19.30 eravamo i primi , spaghetti vongole totalmente crudi , fatto notare e rimediato in parte . peccato la location meriterebbe una cucina all'altezza , servizio puntuale e cordiale .

28/09/2025: I recommend you hire a real pastry chef. I bought some cakes a few days ago, which was truly a disgrace to the pastry shop. They were indescribable, they looked like marshmallows. Not to mention the pistachio cake. I've never had such terrifying desserts.

15/08/2025: Nice location but not very well maintained, with messy tables and not exactly spotless. The inside has nice counters full of pastries but little deli service. The outside needs some work. The croissants aren't homemade, but frozen ones. However, I have to praise the cappuccino with soy milk. It's really good...not every café can make a good cappuccino with plant-based milk. Overall, I'm giving it three stars because, despite many things that need updating, the establishment has potential, both in terms of its location and its surroundings.

26/10/2025: Wonderful flavor. For me, a typical ice cream lover, this was one of the best, if not the best, gelato in Palermo. It was so good that after finishing one portion, we'd get up from the table and go get another. :-)

22/10/2025: I ordered a pistachio and bacon brioche and it was delicious. My husband ordered banana and bacon, and it was also delicious. One of the best we ate in Palermo.

13/08/2025: This restaurant was a complete disaster! The food was so bad even the dog wouldn't eat it. They tricked us into thinking beer was included, but in the end they made us pay for it like we were fools. The soundtrack was a pounding neomelodic tune that made you want to run away. In short, a place to avoid at all costs, unless you want to ruin your evening! I strongly advise against it; I don't understand how some people manage to work there.

01/10/2025: Very nice pizza and the best price in the town

14/09/2025: I ordered a pizza from what they call an inedible pizzeria. It was overcooked, or rather burnt. We couldn't even see the mozzarella with binoculars. The sausages looked like sticks. It was a very negative experience. I won't order from this cobbler again.

18/09/2025: I enter this bar to go to the bathroom and I always see two cockroaches in the bathroom 😳😳😳 bathrooms in pitiful conditions, cleanliness 0 and the "pee" needs while you do it come out of the toilet below.. I wonder how you are still open, I hope that there are checks as soon as possible.. it is not a bar that should remain open between hygienic conditions and disinfestations and maintenance to be done.

09/09/2025: It might be a nice bar, BUT! It's a "lucky" place where rude young people gather every night until 5 AM! They make noise with their scooters and shout at the top of their lungs! Why don't the owners bring chairs inside? It's terrible, the whole complex is forced to listen to these rude young people!!!

18/10/2025: Service at an uninterested level. Also took 15 minutes even though I was the only customer. Burger was undercooked, so make sure to ask for ben cotto. Although that doesn’t always guarantee you will receive it.

06/06/2025: Every time we order on glovo, but unless it's yours that receives the order. Every time a request is made, it is not taken into consideration and on top of that you don't answer the phone. What's the point of having the possibility to add or remove something if you don't even read? I took two sandwiches, one with the request well cooked and divided in two... meat arrived rare and not even divided (but if that was the only problem)... The second with the request to remove cucumbers (due to an allergy), the sandwich arrived with cucumbers... taken and thrown away... 30 euros thrown away. When someone orders it is because they don't feel like cooking and maybe they want to give themselves a cuddle... with your refreshment point it's always hell.... you should close.

04/10/2025: I've been going here for a while, but since today, I honestly thought they'd gone a bit over the top. Obviously, I'm not talking about the food, but the service. A little while ago, I was having dinner with some friends and one of them was smoking a very ordinary cigarette. Nothing wrong with that. Then, the man who works there comes over and starts telling my friend not to smoke, interfering and otherwise causing a nuisance. A little more time passes, and today I felt like going out for pizza with the same friends as last time, and we decide to come here. We had placed our order, and I was the only one to get a small tub of chips. They asked us if we wanted to share it for 4, but I said no because they were for me. He starts commenting on my figure. What kind of friend/guy (I didn't hear correctly) are you who doesn't share? And that was the first time. As soon as the chips arrive, he tells me to put them in the middle so you can all eat them. I asked if there was a problem? And he told me to share, obviously as a friend, and it's normal that I share, and it's obvious that my friends can get the fries anyway. In fact, I'm always the first to share and offer, but it doesn't matter to him what I want to do or what I do, and honestly, I'm very annoyed that every time he meddles in everything I do or my friends do, commenting on us personally. The food is good, for goodness sake, it's a shame that he works there. A very kind guy who always cared if we had ordered or what we wanted on our plates, compared to that man who doesn't even come to take the orders and who doesn't know how to mind his own business, annoying the customers. I've also read in other reviews that you hear swearing with children at dinner, truly disgusting. Then, to top it all off, I'll also mention the perfect environment to help people decide where to go for dinner with family, friends, or whatever. That said, the atmosphere is nothing special. In fact, the men's bathroom doesn't have a door, so you have to go to the women's bathroom to do your business. Luckily, they fixed the sink for washing your hands. The outside area is quiet, although I often found the tables dirty or wet. It would have been a good place to eat, because the pizza is good, and the atmosphere isn't terrible. It's a real shame for the people who work there. I would have gone back, especially considering it's the closest pizzeria to my house, but honestly, I'd rather go to a pizzeria further away from here than go there.

02/10/2025: MOUSE TRAPS UNDER EVERY SOFA BED AND TABLE I just left this McDonald's and I'm truly speechless! As I finished eating, I went to get up and found a plastic board full of mouse glue stuck to my shoe. I must have accidentally stepped on it. After numerous attempts, I tried to remove it from my shoe, and I won't tell you how long it took to remove the glue, and not completely. When I asked, "What is that?" from a distance, an employee said, "I don't know what it is." The store manager, however, told me it was a mouse trap and left. After a few minutes, she returned with other colleagues and, when I said, "It's mouse glue" (because I already knew what it was), she couldn't help but confirm it. She also added that it was firmly attached under the sofa and that I was the one who pulled it out. There were no apologies or anything. It's all very shameful, especially in a place where we eat, and especially our children eat. I certainly won't be back and I don't recommend it to anyone.
