The new pizza chefs, two brothers who work closely together, are equally talented. They have managed to grow The Blues pizzeria through their management and hard work. In fact, they now offer outdoor seating with service, and they have opened a space for the sale of roast chickens, complete with everything needed for preparation and consumption. I can add that the pizzeria, which I already knew before, has improved significantly. These new owners, who are family-run, have proven to be a close-knit and hard-working team, producing excellent results, even for pizzas other than Greek sandwiches, with top-quality, reliable products. For me, a longtime customer, The Blues is the perfect place to grab a pizza or Greek sandwich. It's always a perfect match for the pizzeria, especially their signature Greek sandwich.
