McDonald's In Carini

McDonald's is very lively and nice, I highly recommend it

I've been going to the Mc Donald's in Carini for years, and over time I've noticed many problems. They're not organized, and they're often completely understaffed. The wait is incredibly long, especially at certain times. I've seen people arrive and order after me, eat, and leave before me. The kiosks have problems, the QR reader is broken, and you have to find the one with the paper inside to print the receipt, otherwise nothing happens. It's a mess every time. But it's even worse when you order takeout. I've always done it in the afternoon, and every time I've waited half an hour with the place half empty. They're chaotic, disorganized, completely understaffed, and often forget sauces and other things. But this is really the least of their problems, because getting up, asking for, and showing the receipt doesn't really cost me anything, but it's annoying as a customer if it happens often or almost always. I don't know, maybe the problem is the pressure the employees are under? Because, objectively, it's a hectic job, or the staff is a bit immature. I don't know, but the fact is that if I want decent service, I have to get there early, so if I'm out and about and hungry, I can't stop late because it means wasting two and a half hours.

The sandwich was made a while ago damn

My 5 stars go to the employees, who are truly kind and polite. The service is excellent and fairly fast. The only major sore point is the attitude of the "responsible" woman (a girl with short hair and glasses) toward the kids. I've been here for at least 40 minutes, and can I say? Hearing her scold those kids for trivial things and hearing it all the way to the tables is not nice! If you're reading this review, know that raising your voice won't get you anywhere, and no one wants to hear you while eating.

Two hungry friends, returning from an epic odyssey among screaming children 👹🎢, decide to change their lives... or at least have lunch. Destination: McDonald's in Carini 🍟 We enter, naively thinking we'd find peace, silence, and fries. We find... more screaming children 😵‍💫😂 Luckily, around 2:30 PM, the situation slowly begins to resemble less of a playground riot and more of a normal place. We order from the electronic kiosks, which decide to test our Zen patience: in some, contactless works, in others it doesn't, in others maybe it does, but only if Mercury is favorable 🌝💳 In the end, we succeed. Chapter "table service": even today, we still haven't fully understood the legend of the place card you have to take or not. It probably needs an escape room-style side quest 🤣 The place wasn't exactly a candidate for the "Golden Mirror of Cleanliness" award, but it must be said that the waiter was constantly clearing the table and even helped us with the recycling ♻️👏 We ordered two salads, convinced we were healthy... and we got spoons instead of forks 😂 But honestly? Given how tired the employees were, it's understandable. After all, I couldn't eat the salad with my hands like an Alpine goat 🥗🐐 Overall, the food was good as always. McDonald's remains that certainty when after 2:30 PM between Carini, Terrasini, and Cinisi, finding something open becomes practically a treasure hunt.

Very slow service during peak hours. Otherwise, it's the same as other McDonald's.

The boy who was next to the bins was pissing himself and throwing them on the ground and then there was the smell of dog poop

The problem is the playground, you could have done better on the construction of the playground, all the games are for children, you could have done better for example a swing or 2
