05/09/2025: If you have a lot of noodles, you won't regret buying even one! It's so delicious! Everything is the best! Everyone, you should go to the Asian market and buy some ramen! It's a good place to eat Euroberry! 😇

28/02/2025: Firstly apologies for the late review! My partner and I came here in 2023 and it was the BEST restaurant we went to on our Palermo trip. So good in fact we went twice. We had a bottle of the house white with the tuna pasta and mixed seafood pasta. It was absolutely delicious. The chefs are amazing and waiters are extremely kind and accommodating. We spoke to the chef afterwards and said how delicious the food was and it clearly made their day and seemed genuinely appreciative of our thanks. I think it speaks volumes that 2 years later we are still thinking about this restaurant and planning our return trip. Please ignore any not so good reviews of this restaurant and give it a try and support a local family restaurant. I promise you will not regret it and it will be a meal to remember. Thank you so much to the staff here, it was truly delicious

05/10/2025: There was no shower hose, only a shower head, and so showering was a nightmare, it was very difficult. The water flowed obliquely from the shower head and flowed next to the bathtub, which caused a lot of water. The mirrors were dirty. The light above the sink was blinking, it didn't work. At breakfast, the girl serving didn't understand that it was senza glutine, even though we told her in Italian. There was little choice, no vegetables. There was no apple juice, only orange juice.

29/09/2025: Modern and functional rooms on the upper floors, except for the dark, old-fashioned, musty-smelling rooms downstairs. Excellent service and a perfect location close to the city center with public transportation. They also have private parking. A good hotel for a couple of days.

26/08/2025: Here we are faced with one of the few cases where HE, the owner, should give stars to customers who enter!!!! 🤣🤣 We are faced with a bastion and milestone of the catering industry in the city of Palermo. If the owner is on his day... you will find high-quality patisserie, artisanal ice cream shop without industrial or laboratory products with a wide assortment, rotisserie, arancini and sandwiches of the day... the important thing is to remember not to talk to and solicit the owner on topics such as: local and national politics, economics, finance, geopolitics, military conflicts and above all ask for improper use of the toilet!!! Franco you are number one!!! 💪💪💪 Five stars by default ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

20/08/2025: Two stars because the cornetto was put in a microwave before serving…made it hot & Soggy…unacceptable in Italy . The Cappuccino was ok but could’ve been hotter.

25/08/2025: A quick experience, just a pizza and off I went, but I wasn't satisfied overall. The place was basic. The bathroom wasn't tidy, there was no lock on the door, no paper (neither toilet paper nor hand towel), and no soap. The pizza dough was okay, but the prosciutto was too salty, which ruined the whole experience.

15/10/2025: I went for lunch with my aunt. We'd never been before, it was recommended to us. Everything was truly excellent, from the sashimi to the fried foods to the special dishes. The red prawn was simply excellent. The staff were very kind, the atmosphere was well-kept and beautiful. Keep it up, we'll definitely be back and I'll recommend this restaurant. 😍😍

06/10/2025: The food was good. But the reception was very unpleasant. We arrived for dinner at 10:40 PM (they close at midnight), and the man who greeted us first looked at his watch and then made a face like, 🙄, to accept us. I wouldn't return.

06/06/2025: Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Toni e Daniele ci hanno subito fatto accomodare in uno dei posti migliori , consigliandoci bene sulla scelta delle pietanze , ottima frittura di calamaro , buono il polpo , anche i paccheri alla norma non erano niente male ! Porzioni generose , rapporto qualità prezzo direi più che soddisfacente , e tutto questo a un passo dall'acqua , la serata è stata piacevole accompagnata da musica dal vivo. Posto consigliato , ci tornerò!

05/06/2025: ¡Asqueroso! El servicio era horrible! El camarero y el dueño del restaurante parecían estresados. Nos quitaron los vasos antes de que pudiéramos terminar el agua. ¡No lo recomendaríamos! Se ve muy bien, pero mal servicio de comida qnd! La peor experiencia en sicilia hasta ahora

15/10/2025: The food and coffee were delicious, but a bit expensive. The woman who served us was relatively unfriendly, though. It was also very loud outside, as if the ventilation was making strange noises.

09/10/2025: Terrible experience. Ordered through Glovo (under a different name). The ice cream was completely melted, and the crepes were filled with a deceptive "Nutella": chocolate cream inside and Nutella only on the outside, completely ruining the authentic taste of Ferrero Nutella. First and last experience, never again.

13/10/2025: I was genuinely shocked by the lack of basic compassion shown at this restaurant. As a 65-year-old woman, I asked to use the restroom in an emergency and was flatly denied, even after explaining there were no public toilets nearby. We even offered to pay, but were told we could only use the facilities if we sat down for a meal. Mind you, we've been there for drinks a few days ago.. How can anyone refuse such a simple, human request? It was not just disappointing — it was deeply inconsiderate. We’ve been holidaying in the area for several weeks and have met nothing but kindness and respect elsewhere. Sadly, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. Reading other reviews, it seems we’re not alone in feeling this way. Truly disappointing behaviour and a place I would strongly recommend avoiding.

08/08/2025: Last year I ordered gluten-free pizza and regular pizza to go. Prices are a bit high for the quality. The place needs some updating and a better atmosphere.

17/10/2025: Miserable. They talk among themselves to decide how much to charge based on the customer's face and whether or not they're from the city. We bought two very expensive things. I hope they go bankrupt. Miserable.
