They offer a €30 fixed menu, which includes five fish main courses (fried or roasted) that vary based on the catch of the day, bread, side dishes, drinks, fruit, dessert, coffee/liqueur, and a cover charge. What can I say? One of the best fish dinners I've ever had. The professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff further enhances the experience. Definitely a must-visit for future visits to Selinunte!

01/09/2025: If there were a chance to give it a 10, I would. I've never eaten such good fish in my life, and I'm not exaggerating. Everything is fresh, plentiful, and affordable. A large quantity of food for excellent quality. I recommend it to anyone passing through. Plus, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and very kind. It was a real pleasure coming here.

14/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, which I'd never tried before. The welcome was very friendly and professional. The dishes were carefully prepared and made with excellent ingredients. Special mention goes to the black tagliatelle and their homemade bread and breadsticks. The desserts were also delicious. A cozy and intimate place, ideal for a special occasion. Perfect wine pairings! Far from the chaos and tourist-friendly streets, recommended for those seeking quality and authenticity!!! A real 10!!!

27/06/2025: Nico was our waiter and he was THE BEST! Very attentive, helpful, funny, a lovely person! He does his job with all his heart. But then, the best thing was I’m yet to come: the pizza! OMG, you can tell it’s not a regular pizza! He ordered a Burrata and a Stuzzicotto. They were amazing - the burrata was soft and tasteful and the stuzzicotto was basically all the meat they have and they were all very good. The place is in the Main Street of the neighborhood and the sunset with the Mountain View was just wonderful. Prices are also very fair. If you are in doubt if you should come: just come! You won’t be disappointed!!

05/09/2025: At Carlotta in Villa, we had one of the best pizzas of the season: crispy and fluffy, made with a dough made with stone-ground flour and no yeast, making it extremely light and easy to digest. Excellent, high-quality ingredients. Highly recommended. We'll be back to try the couscous, another of the restaurant's signature dishes. The service was excellent, and the owners were extremely kind and welcoming.

The atmosphere is welcoming, meticulously crafted, and perfect for an evening with friends or even as a couple. The service is impeccable: the staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to recommend the best flavors. They truly make you feel at home. And the shisha? Without a doubt, the best in Palermo! Dense smoke, intense, long-lasting flavors, and a wide selection of top-quality flavors. I recommend the mojito flavor. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality experience. I'll definitely be back!

19/08/2025: On my way back from the Valley of the Temples, I happened to stop in Canicattì and ate the best gelato of my vacation. The best zuppa inglese of my life!!!!!!

27/07/2025: I recommend stopping in Canicattì and stopping at the Parnaso café to enjoy gratins, croissants (filled freshly with their products), ice cream, and much more. Everything is artisanal and top-quality. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the location is truly unique.
