L'atmosfera è calda e rilassata, ideale per una serata tranquilla con amici o una cena romantica. La cucina della chef Pierelisa è davvero fantastica. I piatti sono gustosi e ben curati, con un mix perfetto tra tradizione e creatività. Ogni portata racconta l'amore per la buona cucina, e si vede che c'è una grande attenzione ai dettagli. Il sommelier Tommaso è sempre pronto a consigliarti il vino giusto. La carta dei vini è ricca e interessante, con proposte per tutti i gusti, dalle etichette locali alle scelte più internazionali. Tommy’s Wine è il posto perfetto per chi vuole godersi una serata con ottimo cibo e vino di qualità, in un ambiente semplice e accogliente. Da provare assolutamente!

02/07/2024: Beautiful experience, three days in a beautiful and well-kept location from every point of view. The room is beautiful, large and spotlessly clean, equipped with every comfort, including a welcome kit with you, wafers, kettle, bathroom set complete with toothbrush and toothpaste. The food offered is excellent, from breakfast, prepared on site, as well as bread, pasta and pizza, all homemade. I highly recommend the lamb stew, shame I didn't try their craft beer, which was still fermenting but the pizza was excellent. And what to say about the educational farm, in the true sense of the word. You will experience the thrill of holding Ettore, the eagle owl, the buzzard on your arm, caressing the camel Nadine, you will be able to touch pigs and wild boars, as well as the Girgentana goat, a very rare breed (around 1500 in the world) and see with your own eyes ducks, sheep but also a vulture. Everything explained by Salvatore, one of the owners (who also takes care of the excellent cuisine) who together with his sister Ylenia will make you have a truly pleasant time. And it is impossible to avoid mentioning Rocco, Turi, Tommy, Cloe, the 4 dogs who will often keep you company during your stay without ever being intrusive or annoying. My son Christian fell in love with it. Thanks also to Gaetano, father of Salvatore and Ylenia, with whom we exchanged a few chats, and who passed on to his children the passion needed to carry on such a beautiful place. I really appreciated when, having learned that it was my son's birthday, he surprisingly arrived in the evening at the end of dinner with a pistachio and meringue dessert with a candle, making my son and us excited too. Thank you for everything, I really recommend it and I will return soon with my wife and son... despite being far from home it was worth it and will always be worth it. Ps: between a swim in the pool, a meal and a ride with the animals, don't forget to try the mini golf... the course was also created by Gaetano!

01/07/2024: Very comfortable place in contact with nature, relaxation and very well-arranged greenery, well-groomed and loved animals, genuine and healthy food, compliments also for the gluten-free service, all excellent and with attention to detail.

17/08/2024: The Restivo pastry shop made all the cakes, including the wedding one, and the desserts for our wedding. What can I say, we received so many compliments, everything was excellent and the wedding cake was one of the best cakes I've ever tasted (as well as being beautiful): we requested a layered mille-feuille with cream and berries and it was simply perfect.

19/08/2024: Characteristic fiefdom located in Contrada San Tommaso in the province of Enna in Sicily in an elegant, welcoming and very relaxing environment, furnished with taste and attention to detail, wonderful garden with olive trees and green lawns and large reception rooms inside, a more splendid one of the other with exposed beams and bricks in a fascinating and unique context in the middle of pastures and hills with a service that is always attentive to the customer and kind and helpful waiters. Highly recommended for weddings, baptisms and events in general

19/08/2024: The Feudo San Tommaso is a unique, wonderful place and what makes it better are the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of Santi and Sofia. I celebrated my wedding in country chic style, with a beautiful atmosphere and excellent quality food. Highly recommended.

09/07/2024: Trouvé par hasard lors de notre halte à Enna, ce restaurant fût une très agréable surprise. La carte très variée, avec u. Large choix des plats à base de poisson et fruit de mer. Les prix très abordables. Le service au top! On recommande vivement, surtout que nous avions tourné un moment avant de trouver un restaurant convenable à Enna.

03/08/2024: Circa una settimana fa ho preso una pizza margherita da asporto, i signori sono gentilissimi e molto premurosi nei confronti del cliente. Il problema è che anche questa volta, così come un po' di tempo addietro quando venni con tutta la famiglia a mangiare in questa pizzeria, la pizza in questione mi è arrivata con il fondo bruciato sicuramente dalla troppa farina di stesura che essendo una 0/00 ha già di suo il problema di carbonizzare in forno se non scrollata a dovere. Nulla da dire per ciò che è l'impasto e gli ingredienti di qualità utilizzati. Chiedo per favore al proprietario di prestare attenzione a questo problema, perché qui non si tratta di troppa gente nel locale oppure di un forno che ha lavorato molto e magari era un po' sporco, poiché quando vendi a prendere la pizza da portare via ancora non c'era nessuno nel locale poiché era prestissimo. Detto questo, mi dispiace per le tre stelle date, come voto, purtroppo è successo più di una volta questa cosa e mi auguro che risolviate questo problema al più presto, anche e soprattutto nel vostro interesse. Se risolvete questo problema, a mio giudizio non indifferente, modifico la mia recensione in 5 stelle poiché sia per la qualità dei prodotti, sia per il rapporto qualità prezzo sarebbero più che meritate.Verrò nuovamente a trovarvi in futuro e spero che qualcosa di sia mossa in tal senso.😉

02/08/2024: Pizza buonissima e soprattutto bella da vedere, locale carino che sfrutta molto i posti all’aperto d’estate. Ottima varietà di gusti, vari anche gli antipasti.

08/08/2024: Rocca dei Saraceni is a paradise of things, silence, nature, cleanliness and top quality service. From top to bottom all the service and staff is great especially Ms Caterina Lombardo who excels in her superior quality and talent on Wine and other Food experiences. Waitresses are also doing their job at best in class specifically Rediet who super understands what the client needs. Well done from every aspect, see you again!

09/07/2024: The hotel is beautifully situated with a view over a valley and Mount Etna. With this view you get a delicious breakfast every morning with everything you could call 'breakfast'. The coffee you get for breakfast is of very high quality! The swimming pool is wonderfully cool during the day with wonderful beds and service. There is not much to do in the vicinity. The location is a very good base to visit the beautiful cities of Sicily (Taormina, Syracuse, Noto, Agrigento) by car.
