17/04/2026: Nothing short of exceptional! Solo walk-in customer and treated with utter kindness and warmth. The food was next level - the parmigiana was absolutely delectable. Aperol Spritz made with a generous volume of Aperol! Loved my time. The vistas are a gem.
16/04/2026: Absolutely fantastic. We visited for day whilst staying in Cefalu. Lovely walk up from train station. Food was outstanding. Loving presentation and highest possible quality. We have ordered charcuterie boards across Italy and cant recall a better example. Our kids were treated so kindly and patiently also. Place was busy but never rushed and service was friendly, quick, kind and generous. Great relaxed atmosphere. Wine and superb Sicilian. Cannot recommend highly enough!

01/04/2026: There's no menu, or at least there wasn't one during our visit; they offered us three set menus. We chose the one with a first course, which includes an antipasti (very tasty and varied), a pasta dish, and dessert.

14/04/2026: I spent Easter lunch at Singola and it was a truly impeccable experience. I particularly enjoyed the appetizer and the wine pairing, which was truly spot-on.
What really made the difference was the kindness of the service: you could sense passion, attention, and a genuine smile. I will definitely be back.

Pleasant atmosphere.
29/04/2026: The hummus doesn't taste bad, it has no taste (creamy, bland, without spices, and without peanut butter).
The servers don't do their job badly, they don't do their job at all (they asked us what we wanted after a 20-minute wait).
The cooks don't cook badly, they don't cook at all (40-minute wait for 3 slices of toast).
The setting is great, which saves the day.

06/04/2026: We went on Easter Monday, without a reservation, and were greeted with great kindness and courtesy (which is not a given). The owner and staff were extremely friendly. Excellent quality fish and wine. I highly recommend the fish couscous, excellent presentation and flavor.
It will become a go-to place every time I visit Castellammare.
