04/04/2026: I am posting a little late but was reminded when I was looking for a vacation spot this year again in April. I stayed at the Breakers last year with family and it wasn’t the same as I remembered years ago. While the lobby is beautifully decorated the standard rooms are small and dated and we had no balcony. Once you are in the room it feels small and dark. Also there was no drop off kids club that I remembered. There was an arcade that was okay but nothing special. Also it was Easter and there was nothing planned for children that I was aware of. No Easter egg hunt no Easter bunny. I was disappointed. Also I was always able to eat by the pool and this time it wasn’t allowed because of the “birds”. I also had a credit from years ago that I never used and when I asked to use it after the hotel confirmed they found it in their system I was not allowed to use it since they said it expired. I know it was from the pandemic time and I totally forgot about it. You would think that because they were able to find it and it was during the pandemic an unprecedented eventbthat they would have honored it. The girls at the front desk said no and checked with a manager who said no as well. It was disappointed since they did in fact find the credit that was still in their system. Why keep it there and not allow me to use it. So overall was disappointed in my stay for many reasons. Also the beach is pretty much non existent. Disappointing for this reason as well.

04/04/2026: Absolutely amazing, seafood grill was so much fun and delicious and Sunday brunch was off the charts . Literally everything you could imagine to eat from eggs to steak to seafood to deserts.

02/11/2025: We were a group of seven and had reserved a table, which I highly recommend. The view and ambiance were fantastic, the service was attentive, and the food was delicious! The prices are comparable to German restaurants, although the great location certainly plays a role. We were very satisfied and would gladly return!

24/10/2025: I had a mixed platter of cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Everything was delicious and of excellent quality. The food was truly delicious. The value for money was also excellent. The staff was welcoming and attentive. I recommend everyone come and enjoy the delicacies served, which are beautifully presented and very professional.

09/12/2025: We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday on Saturday. IT WAS A FAIRY TALE❤️. EVERYTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL, DOWN TO THE tiniest detail, FROM THE LOCATION TO THE FOOD TO THE PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY OF GIULIANA AND MARCO. I WOULD CHOOSE YOU 1000 TIMES AGAIN.

10/04/2026: Wow was this both run and delicious. Maurizo is a great host. We talked food and wine and life and opera. The food was exceptional.

03/04/2026: Wonderful gluten-free pizza, I've never had such a good pizza! Polite and helpful staff, delicious desserts! I highly recommend it.

13/04/2026: A lovely restaurant in the heart of Palermo, featuring a vast variety of fabulous food from authentic pasta and pizza to small nibbles and burgers. I have to say, the staff were super friendly and I would recommend coming here if you are in Palermo. One of the highlight meals of the trip here in Sicily!

13/04/2026: Such a wonderful intro to the beautiful city of Palermo!! Right near Quattro Canti, fresh pasta (made same day), super attentive staff, friendly and entertaining. All the food was more than plentiful and freshest of the fresh. 100% recommend!!

11/04/2026: An absolute must! The staff is warm, friendly...I cant say enough good things about the service from everyone who worked there. They really worked as a team. The food was incredible with a presentation to match. The inside ambiance is high class but unpretentious and they have a hidden patio upstairs that we ate at. Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end.

26/01/2026: Finding "Ammangiari" in this small restaurant in the center of town is like being at home. Simple, flavorful dishes made with quality ingredients. The courtesy, hospitality, and professionalism of the only women on hand make the difference.

07/04/2026: Here, the quality of food and drink is combined with the most valuable thing: a good deed. On Saturday evening, we needed to get back to the city of Noto to our hotel, but all train connections were canceled and buses were no longer running. The staff willingly and very quickly arranged a private transfer for us. Thank you very much and we will remember you with love for a long time! P. S. The juice was also delicious! :-)

05/04/2026: Congratulations! Despite the very special day (the day of Joy), they prepared a table for us at the last minute. The service and food were impeccable, and the wine recommended by the owner was truly excellent. Congratulations, we'll be back again!

17/03/2026: Tried the stracciatella and mandarin, and both were really good. The stracciatella was honestly the highlight—super creamy with just the right amount of chocolate mixed in. The mandarin was really refreshing and not too sweet, which made it a nice combo with the richer flavor. Definitely would get this again. 5 stars to this place!

14/03/2026: There is no accounting for taste, so I will only say that in my opinion and that of the people of Palermo with whom I spoke on this subject, it is the best ice cream in the city.
