09/08/2026: We discovered this focaccieria on our first day in Sciacca and couldn't get enough of it. Everything is truly delicious, from the panini to the arancini to the panelle. The staff is incredibly welcoming—I'd give it 10 stars for that alone. They're also great at providing prompt service, and everything is reasonably priced. Exceptional!!!

Here, you'll experience a taste of Sicily while enjoying traditional dishes at an exceptional quality/price ratio. The professionalism and courtesy of the manager and staff, combined with the flavors, are addictive and you won't be able to do without them. As tourists, we'll miss it so much, as it helped us create one of the best gastronomic memories of Sicily. If we return to the area in the future, we'll definitely be back. Excellent! SUPERLATIVE!

03/08/2026: We had chicken and fries. The chicken was a bit dry, the fries were croquette-like, and the panelle were practically inedible. The salmon was watered down. Three stars out of respect for those who run the business, which could use some improvement in terms of quality. Worth trying again.

11/06/2026: Beautiful view and a good restaurant. Personally I think this place would be best as a group and you can share some plates as they are quite large. I went by myself and was absolutely stuffed. I didn’t make the best choices for myself as I ordered things that were very rich, but that’s on me. Overall it was a pleasant dinner and the staff and service were excellent. It’s a large farm and much of the produce comes directly from the farm, which is nice. I had dessert (forgot to photograph) of little pastries filled with ricotta and pistachio paste, these were not to my taste. But again I think this was more my choices than the restaurant. I will definitely go again and try different things from the menu.

16/09/2025: Walk up the street from Archimedes Square... look around, turn your head to the left and luck will smile on you! At the end of a pretty little courtyard, a Chiodo waits patiently for you. The welcome is warm, the service very professional, the dishes very well cooked with good local products. Thank you again for this great lunch (I forgot the stylish decor and the interesting choice of wines).

24/06/2026: A more fitting name for a restaurant of their tradition. "Disio," like the desire to go there and savor the authentic local dishes. Characteristic cuisine expertly prepared, generous portions, and a welcome that makes you feel at home. A rare gem, one we are fortunate to have in our city.

16/07/2026: Incredible food and extraordinary kindness! We didn't get the chance to eat at the restaurant because, due to a technical issue, Pasquale (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly!) couldn't open that day. But instead of sending us away, he prepared an incredible vegan takeaway dinner for us and refused to let us pay. The food was absolutely outstanding. There was an amazing variety of dishes, all delicious, creative, and made with so much care. What made this experience truly unforgettable, though, was Pasquale himself. His generosity, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our trip to Sicily so much more special. Some places stay with you because of the food; others because of the people. Singula gave us both. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Amazing food, a special atmosphere, and an owner who is simply an extraordinary human being. Thank you so, so much. We can't wait to come back!

07/08/2026: Here's a smooth and natural version of your review: Very good pizzas! We got takeout the first time and loved it so much we went back. Special mention for the Margherita, which was delicious. The only slight drawback: the pizzas could be a little bigger for this pizzeria to reach perfection. Grazie mille!
