The dinner was truly exquisite, the dishes carefully prepared and delicious, the first courses and desserts greatly appreciated. The second courses were also very good; I personally would have chosen a different course, but the birthday boy had designed the menu, and I didn't want to change anything. COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF. A special shout-out goes to the dining room staff, who took care of all the guests, both those with special dietary needs and everyone else.
