A spectacular place: on a narrow street, with a steep incline and a terrace overlooking the entire street. The service is incredible: they recommend typical local products and are very friendly. The food is very good: the parmigiana is excellent, and so is the octopus. The mixed antipasto is very good. The pasta is spectacular: the rigatoni alla norma is superb, as are the spaghetti al nero di sepia, alla carbonara, and alla bolognese. The fish is also excellent: prawns, calamari, etc. And to finish: amazing desserts: pistachio flan, tiramisu, and a cake that's like a chocolate fondant. Very, very good. Fair price.

I come to eat at this place often and the food is good, both the owner and the employees are kind and professional. I can't find any faults with this place, I really recommend it.

A very warm welcome, a smiling waiter, and quick service. They changed our wine because there was a problem with the one we were initially served. They didn't charge us for it and even offered us a complimentary digestif.

The perfect place, a discovery of the 2025 season. Local, seasonal, and top-quality ingredients. The bruschetta tomatoes are aromatic and fragrant, with a touch of good extra virgin olive oil. The mussels are of excellent quality, fresh, perfectly prepared, firm, and not rubbery, with a delicious sauce of their own, seasoned so that the seasonings don't overwhelm their flavor. Next time, I'll ask for a spoon, because it would be a shame to leave such a wonder on the plate! The raw red shrimp from Mazzara del Vallo served with a drizzle of citron sauce and pink peppercorns. A masterpiece! The grilled swordfish is simply divine... The new team, led by Carlo and Mauro, make every effort to ensure guests feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I consider this a prime example of how customer service should be. Attentive, kind, and genuine. I will be back, and I highly recommend it! I've had lunch and dinner here several times. Always a fantastic experience. The staff is very kind and friendly, especially the waiter, Matteo. The busiata trapanese with red prawns is fantastic. A kiss!

If I could, I'd give it 6 stars. This restaurant is located on a small, quiet street in Cefalù's historic center, 50 meters from the cathedral. I'm sorry I only found out about this restaurant on the last day of my vacation; I would definitely have come here every day. I recommend the smoked swordfish and tuna carpaccio for an appetizer, the tuna tatali for a main course, and the Cuore Caldo chocolate cake for a finish.

06/04/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Qualia. The outstanding food was surpassed only by the exceptional service. And the wine recommendation was fantastic. Anyone looking for quality and a relaxed atmosphere will have a perfect evening at Qualia.

17/04/2026: A 200-year-old gem in the heart of Vucciria Market! ​I visited Osteria Al Casareccio for takeout and had an incredible experience. When I asked for their best recommendations, they suggested the Pistachio Pizza (topped with Burrata and Bronte pistachio cream D.O.P.) and the Palermo Pizza. I chose the pistachio pizza because it felt like something I could only truly enjoy here in Sicily. The dough was perfectly fluffy and soft, while the base was thin and crispy. The combination of cheese, pistachios, and olive oil created a flavor profile I've never experienced before—light, mellow, and absolutely delicious. I finished it all in no time! The staff mentioned the restaurant has been around for 200 years, and you can really feel that tradition in their food. Highly recommended!
