A unique place, each dish meticulously crafted with fresh ingredients and incredible flavor combinations. This was one of the best dinners we had during our stay in Sicily and the Aeolian Islands. Their passion for cooking and respect for local produce are evident. The icing on the cake is their homemade limoncello. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salina.

This was one of the most beautiful culinary memories I've had in all of Sicily. 5/5 – absolutely deserved.

Excellent food and a truly authentic Italian atmosphere! Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and prepared with great attention to detail. The dishes are of the highest quality, prepared with excellent, carefully selected ingredients. Nothing is left to chance: every detail, from presentation to flavor, is meticulously crafted. An added bonus is the attention paid to four-legged friends, who are welcomed with the same kindness as guests. This restaurant is absolutely worth a visit and, for the quality of its cuisine and service, would truly be worthy of a Michelin star. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming staff. Seared fat belly tuna melts in your mouth, scored very high in my list. Roof garden terrasse makes it a very enjoyable evening !
