Borgo Nove was a fantastic surprise! The pizza is super light and delicious, while the meat is cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. Fast service, very friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. A place I'll definitely return to. Highly recommended!

Lately, it can get a bit confusing because the restaurant has moved to a new, larger and more comfortable location. The heart, however, is still the same: the same passion, the same care, the same atmosphere that has made it and continues to make it so special. If you want to truly live the experience so many remember, make sure you go to the new location. Sometimes places change... but the soul remains, and you can feel it here. ✨

I've been to Borgo 9 many times, and it's always a pleasure to return. The staff is incredibly kind and always available, and the service is punctual and impeccable, attentive to every customer's needs. But their true strength is undoubtedly the food, which exudes passion and a focus on the finest ingredients. The atmosphere is comfortable and perfect for a lovely evening. In short, it truly feels like home. I'll be back soon!

I've been going to Borgo Nove for years and, truth be told, I've never written a review, perhaps wrongly, because I take the professionalism, quality of the food, and the friendliness of the owners and staff for granted. Today I decided to do so after reading an inappropriate and impolite review from a woman who demanded dinner free for a spilled liqueur. However, I believe every mistake can be addressed with kindness and respect, without turning it into an excuse to get dinner for free. I just want to share that, as a regular customer, Borgo Nove remains one of the best restaurants in the province: a splendid location, fantastic food, and consistently attentive and friendly service. When you go out to dinner, my advice is to put your well-being and that of the people you're with first: enjoy the evening, laugh, relax, and appreciate the moment, without looking for excuses or pretexts to take advantage of a human error.
