11/06/2026: First time here, friendly staff, excellent welcome. While the place doesn't look like a farmhouse from the outside, it takes on a special charm inside. There are a few pizza options, good leavening, and no burnt flour residue on the bottom of the pizza. Adequate rating, although the place is designed for meat tasting, the pizza could be enhanced with local ingredients. The dessert is good.

There's no variety of desserts, but rather a sampling of desserts without actually explaining what kind of desserts were available. Customer service definitely needs revisiting, especially since I noticed how attentive the other male waiters were at the other table, explaining and describing the dishes.

In true Cagliari style, after I enter, I'm glanced over by an employee. He was busy entertaining the lunch guests with, I imagine, elegant conversations. Continuing to turn his back on me, only turning his torso, he says they're closed and will reopen at seven o'clock. The disruptive customer. Who arrives, unaware that you've forgotten to change the opening hours on Google Business. The atavistic gaze of someone who ancestrally sees the customer as a harbinger of disruption, work as a disaster to be turned away from. As if they were rolling in gold and doing you a favor. The reason why traditional retail has been paved over in favor of more friendly environments. Next time, let's bring a physiotherapist so as not to turn his back on the customer, to greet them as they enter and exit.

01/05/2026: Franchise restaurant located in the Millennium Shopping Center (next to the cinema). The venue was recently renovated and has lost its Bavarian and German influences. Now, the decor is more reminiscent of a 1920s/1930s Art Deco establishment, with soccer jerseys hanging here and there (?). It's unclear what references and style the architect intended for the place. There are several huge LCD screens showing live sports matches and events, just like in English pubs. The food ranges from pinsa to sandwiches, from the ever-present breaded and fried Schnitzel with a few variations (cherry tomatoes, gorgonzola, and walnuts), to grilled meats and club sandwiches. The draft beer is Kozel, and you can request, as is customary in the Balkans, a half-light, half-dark pint. Food is of decent quality. Quick service. Normal prices.
