18/08/2025: We ate there on vacation, and as an Italian fan, I was a bit disappointed with my €25 portion of fish. Compared to other photos here, my plate was practically empty. My family had pizza and was satisfied.

16/08/2025: The food will be good and the staff will be friendly!! But one thing isn't so nice! You book the table at a certain time and it has to be vacated because it's booked by others, so far so good! Your dish arrives 15 minutes after you've had to vacate it! You practically have to rush to eat! I don't recommend it for this, sorry.

As a special treat, I tried a brioche with gelato. 😋 We didn't experience incorrect charges like other reviewers did. Plus, the price list is posted on the wall, and if you order correctly, you'll be charged the correct price. We'll be back 👍

13/07/2025: Amazing lunch! I was already impressed by the description of the dishes and the friendliness of Claudio, the owner, over the phone when I booked. We arrived and opted for the tasting menus. Everything, from start to finish, was excellent and plentiful. Beautifully presented, we had the opportunity to sample many local specialties. I thank Claudio and Beatrice for allowing us to try exquisite Sardinian dishes. This is a place worth keeping in mind and definitely returning.

10/07/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria La Pineta is located in Arzana at Vico 1, Via Don Orione 4. The restaurant, which opened in 1977, has retained its original style. The historic photographs displayed throughout the restaurant are also beautiful. For lunch, we enjoyed the typical Ogliastra cuisine, including culurgiones (a type of pasta), orrubioloso (a type of pasta), and the fantastic roast meats. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was very family-friendly; don't expect a fancy restaurant, but this makes up for the genuine hospitality and informality of the place. A truly authentic place where you can savor the flavors of Sardinia. The view from the parking lot, overlooking the coast, is beautiful. Even though it was a fairly hot day, the cool air from the pine forest stretching along the mountainside added to the atmosphere. A well-deserved five stars.

17/08/2025: A magical place, a fairytale setting, a charming setting nestled in lush greenery. The history of this place can be felt and felt, and the music playing is beautiful. The hospitality and kindness were astonishing; we stopped by for a stopover on a road trip, unannounced and without reservations. Thanks to Mr. Renato and Chef Salvina, who runs it, for their kindness and patience with our many unexpected questions. Thanks to those who created and chose to share this dream. 15/08/2025: Disappointment compared to the past: a real shame... 😔 Three years ago, I stayed at this property and was enchanted by the peace, elegance, hospitality, and attention to detail. It was precisely that beautiful memory that brought me back this year, but unfortunately, the recent experience didn't live up to expectations. The atmosphere remained the same, but all the attention that made it special was missing: 1) The welcome aperitif is no longer offered under the new management; 2) The room wasn't very clean; the microfiber sheets were gray (I hope they were at least washed), definitely not ironed; 3) The pool water looked unappealing, perhaps due to the recent rain, but it was neglected nonetheless; 4) The restaurant service was entrusted to two very young women who, unfortunately, were poorly trained to manage the dining room; 5) Breakfast was the biggest disappointment: mostly packaged and commercial-quality products, including industrial juices. Considering how much Sardinia has to offer in terms of artisanal products, this is truly a wasted opportunity. Given the high price tag, one would expect a much higher standard. A stay in such an iconic property requires quality service and attention to detail. This place—which was Fabrizio De André's hidden gem—deserves to reclaim the standards and poetry that made it special. Otherwise, it risks slipping into the anonymity of a run-of-the-mill hotel.

27/08/2025: A lovely discovery. The atmosphere is refined, the fish and meat dishes are excellent, and the pizzas are also delicious. The young man who served us was truly excellent in giving us advice and managing the dinner, demonstrating passion and professionalism.

17/08/2025: I trusted the reviews, and I was right! The little restaurant overlooks the Alghero waterfront, but it's far from touristy! The food is excellent and authentic. We tried their culurgiones and spaghetti alla chitarra with bottarga and lemon, both truly delicious. The prices are fair, and the staff is very welcoming!

17/08/2025: The best restaurant in Alghero, hands down. We had the mixed appetizers, Sardinian paella, fried and grilled calamari, and seadas. The fish was excellent and incredibly fresh in every course, the fregola pasta was impeccable, and the seadas were served piping hot. Everything was a cut above many other, much more refined restaurants we tried in Sardinia. The service was kind, friendly, quick, and attentive; they even left us a little gift at the end of the meal. The icing on the cake was the excellent value for money. The only downside was that we only ate there on the last night of our holiday and couldn't return a second time.

03/08/2025: A wonderful resort in a dreamy spot. The beaches are 5 minutes away. The complex is amazing. We're staying in a new room with a private pool. Simply fantastic. The restaurant is sensational. The staff is incredibly friendly. Dani contacted us via WhatsApp before we arrived. It was like a digital reception. No matter what our request, it's fulfilled. Simply perfect. Cecilia's massages are also fantastic. All in all: unreservedly recommendable. Thank you, mille. Perfect.

02/08/2025: Lovely place with a lot of amenities. The pool has a decent size and is always clean and the gear is provided on the football field/tennis pitch. The staff is really nice and offers its help at any time! The houses are beautiful and provide all necessities. A small downside might be the gym which has some old machines. It is a bit remote, which makes the environment really quiet! The breakfast is nice with a lot of homemade cakes and breads. On the evening, the pizze taste good as well.
