I don't want to criticize the staff or the restaurant, as everything was acceptable, but the food is truly low quality, especially for the price. My hamburger arrived undercooked, the burger tasted like nothing, bland; my partner's steak cost over €20, and it was completely lacking in flavor and tasted like rubber; the desserts were over €6.50 and had tiny portions. First and last time.

The experience at Wiener Haus is always positive, but today in particular, my daughter and I appreciated Alessandro's friendliness and kindness, whose smile really made the difference! The atmosphere was pleasant, no wait for a table or food despite it being busy, and the meal was excellent!

I came to eat with my friends, unfortunately I found the experience a bit disappointing. The service was overall acceptable. The food was really disappointing. We ordered a slice of beef and literally two pieces arrived. We ordered sandwiches, but they had no flavor, just tasted like butter, and we couldn't finish them. I would have liked more bacon, because there was only a tiny piece in my sandwich. I'd also like to comment on the fries, which were delicious, as were their sauces. The bathrooms were very clean and beautiful, as was the restaurant.

We had lunch yesterday, and despite the crowd, we ate in no time! 5 stars to Giulia and Filippo

I often go to Winerhaus and always have a positive experience. A welcoming place, good food and drinks, friendly staff, and a special mention for Alessandro 😊 I recommend it to everyone.

Franchise restaurant located in the Millennium Shopping Center (next to the cinema). The venue was recently renovated and has lost its Bavarian and German influences. Now, the decor is more reminiscent of a 1920s/1930s Art Deco establishment, with soccer jerseys hanging here and there (?). It's unclear what references and style the architect intended for the place. There are several huge LCD screens showing live sports matches and events, just like in English pubs. The food ranges from pinsa to sandwiches, from the ever-present breaded and fried Schnitzel with a few variations (cherry tomatoes, gorgonzola, and walnuts), to grilled meats and club sandwiches. The draft beer is Kozel, and you can request, as is customary in the Balkans, a half-light, half-dark pint. Food is of decent quality. Quick service. Normal prices.

I often go with my daughter both for lunch and on the evening when they have the brain event... the food is good, the service is fast and the waiters are excellent especially Alessandro who is truly delicious!

Very kind and friendly staff. Exquisite dishes, professional team. I will definitely be back.
