03/08/2025: We stumbled upon Thomas somewhat by chance, and this trattoria was a real surprise. The food was AMAZING!! I absolutely recommend going there. Everything was incredibly good, even the simplest things like the tomatoes: the true flavor and aroma of garden tomatoes. I recommend the stewed goat meat and the pardule. The owner is also really kind. Five well-deserved stars!

29/07/2025: Excellent food served courteously at a fair price! Typical Sardinian dishes and more, always accompanied by a charming anecdote told by Valter. By consulting the owners, you can also order game or other special dishes, unique and hard to find elsewhere.

13/08/2025: We ate at this restaurant last night, and everything exceeded our expectations. Let's start with the owner's warm welcome, always attentive to the needs expressed, not just those of his guests—yes, guests, because you don't feel like mere customers. The staff is excellent, friendly, precise, and professional. Now let's move on to the food, which I would describe as enchanting. The ingredients are excellent and expertly prepared; each course is an explosion of flavor, leaving nothing to chance. We thank the owner for the care and passion he puts into what he does and for his courtesy. We, mere tourists, felt at home.

13/08/2025: The food was good and excellent quality. We ordered the appetizer for two, and I highly recommend only ordering it if there are more than two of you, as it's very generous (there are seven delicious dishes). However, halfway through the appetizer, we had to cancel one of the two first courses because we were almost full. After that, we had the lobster linguine, which was truly delicious. The price was more than fair for such fresh fish.

13/08/2025: In a tiny inland village, there's this gem that makes exquisite food. We ordered both meat and fish, and I have to say the fish appetizers were better than many seaside restaurants. The cured meats and cold cuts were delicious. The staff were very friendly, and parking was easy.

14/08/2025: We dined at this restaurant with family during our vacation in Arbatax. The meal was delicious and the service impeccable. The servers are efficient and attentive. The only downside is that it was very hot inside despite the fans, so be sure to ask for the terrace. A lovely evening

05/08/2025: We stopped for lunch while crossing Sardinia. We savored the authentic local flavors. The food and service were spectacular. I've marked it as a point of interest on Google Maps. It will be a regular stop whenever we're in the area.

03/08/2025: A restaurant with excellent Sardinian cuisine. Everything from the starters to the dessert is delicious. The Fregola with sausage and vegetables and the suckling pig are spectacular. The food is amazing, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended.

21/08/2025: We had a seafood dinner, which was a huge disappointment because the quality of the food was poor. The scampi cream risotto was flavorless, and the seafood risotto was a typical dish you'd expect from any restaurant not located on a harbor. The grilled seafood consisted of a king prawn, a slice of swordfish, a piece of squid that must have been no more than 3 cm, and a sea bass. Unfortunately, the grilled seafood, like everything else, was completely bland. Our expectations were dashed by the poor quality of the food, but the service also left much to be desired.

21/08/2025: An excellent choice for a convenient dinner with friends. I recommend the sandwiches, which are rich in flavor and generous, and are very reasonably priced.

14/08/2025: The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, helping me find a vegan option even though it wasn't on the menu. I had an excellent Lentu bread stuffed with a wrap and a peach estate, for €9.50. The interior is minimalist but livened up by good music. They also have outdoor tables for those who prefer to sit outside on the street. The restaurant is located in the historic center of Cabras, where you can take a short stroll to enjoy the town's beauty after dinner. It looks like a really great find. My boyfriend and I chose this restaurant almost by chance, and we found ourselves immersed in an authentic and satisfying experience. The cheese platter speaks of tradition with every bite, the malloreddus alla campidanese envelop us with warmth, and the saffron fregola with mushrooms and sausage is a perfect blend of aromas and textures. The desserts, delicate and unforgettable, ended the evening like a sweet caress. The staff, sweet and attentive to every detail, made us feel welcomed and at home. And the price, so fair for the quality and generosity of the food, was a pleasant final surprise. A place that remains in the heart, to be cherished and revisited.

30/08/2025: A small restaurant recommended by the hotel where we're staying. It's a quiet spot overlooking the boats in the harbor, with a few well-placed tables. The menu features typical Sardinian dishes. I recommend the fregola, which is very good. We also had a fried fish for two, and while the fried fish and the quality of the fish were good, the price was a bit small for two people. The sebadas were excellent. They have a good wine cellar. Fair prices.

10/08/2025: Ci tenevo a creare un posto su questa "locanda", perché qui ho trovato il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo di tutta l'isola. Il locale è in un vicolo non lontano dalla posta principale. In verità, abbiamo dovuto attendere le 20.30, che, per i francesi, risulta essere un po' tardi per vedere aprire la porta di un ristorante. Mi avevano raccomandato questo ristorante come il più economico di Nuoro, e così è stato. La pasta è fresca; si tratta veramente di una cucina che, al giorno d'oggi, a meno di 15 euro, non se ne trovano più. E questa trattoria ha un successo pazzesco.

Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo Se ritorneremo a Nuoro il pranzo alla Locanda sarà una tappa obbligata!
