I went to Gufo Sardo for the first time today and will definitely be back!
I tried both the pasta with clams and bottarga and the one with lobster, and both were truly excellent, I'd say among the best I've ever eaten. The cured meats and cheeses were equally exceptional. Finally, the chef and the restaurant manager were very kind and friendly. Congratulations!

A great discovery! True traditional cuisine.
We visited this restaurant for dinner and the experience was impeccable from start to finish.
The atmosphere is authentic: warm, welcoming, and without too many frills, ideal for enjoying a relaxing evening. The staff greeted us with a smile and were incredibly kind and attentive throughout the evening, making us feel right at home.
The food? Simply delicious. Traditional dishes expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The value for money is also truly excellent, which is not a given these days.
If you're looking for authentic cuisine and a comfortable atmosphere, this is the place. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!
