I highly recommend this place; it's one of the best restaurants in Sardinia.
The potatoes, meat, and pasta are incredible.
The staff is amazing and attentive. The waitress was very kind and truly professional.

We also have to mention the excellent service from both the waiter Alessio and the grill master Juan Manuel! The best! β¨ Highly recommended and a must-visit in Cagliari!
03/06/2026: I'm back in Cagliari and at El Sabor Argentino. It's still just as good and the service is still just as friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious wood-fired meat.

Service was prompt, and Marco's advice on pairing the right beer (barley) with our pizza was helpful. Well done guys. Special mention to Matilde for her energy and enthusiasm. Thanks for the evening.

31/10/2025: My family and I had dinner here and had a really great time! The process is simple yet original: you choose your cut of meat from a wide selection at the counter, and you can add fries, salad, and drinks. There's no table service, but in fact, this makes the atmosphere even more casual and homey, just how we like it!
We had meatballs, kebabs, and steaks: everything was excellent, the meat flavorful and perfectly cooked. We also appreciated the red wine they offered. The lady at the counter, who helped us choose our meat, was extremely kind and helpful.
Overall, it was a truly positive experience: the food was good and the atmosphere relaxing. We'll definitely be back next time!

11/01/2026: U3 is now a guarantee, I organized my birthday yesterday with a menu agreed with Luca, perfect atmosphere, the waitresses are always kind and with a SMILE. Very good mixed hot and cold appetizers (the tripe is my favorite and the culurgiones), the meat is fabulous, it melted in your mouth, delicious. I won't talk too much about the menu because if you go there I want it to be a surprise for you. Various types of beer and good wine.
