The surprise you don't expect!!!!! This is my title! I was with my husband traveling around the north of Sardinia, lunch time arrives and where do we go to eat? I start looking for a nice place and I come across Mesadoria. I call, book and after 10 minutes we are at our destination. Fantastic location, everything looked after to perfection, with impressive taste and refinement. We were welcomed by the owners, very kind, very professional and not at all intrusive. Warm focaccia and crunchy Guttiau accompanied us in this wonderful oranza! I took an egg cooked at low temperature with chickpea foam, parmesan foam and mixed salad. The touch of the sweet and sour onion meant that the dish deserved a nice 10 and praise. My husband delighted in a wonderful salmon with creme fraiche. To follow, I had a truly delicious pork belly with apples and my husband a cod served with vegetables and broth. The desserts ended the meal on a high note! Truly a 10/10 lunch!!!!!! Compliments!!!!! And above all congratulations because in a very sad Sardinia which sees almost all the restaurants closed out of season, hearing that they are open here all year round is very pleasing!!!! A choice that I hope will reward you!!!!!!

Freundlicher Empfang und die ganze Zeit ein aufmerksamer Service. Wir hatten St. Peterfisch und als Vorspeise ein Mal die Tagliatelle mit geräuchtem Aal und ein Mal Antipasti mit den 6 Leckereien des Hauses. Es war vorzüglich gekocht. Die Zusammenstellung der Gerichte war spannend und gelungen. Eine aufwändige Küche die ihren Preis wert ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen war einfach ein gedicht! Preis Leistung ist sehr gut 👍 Macht weiter so. Wir können das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen obwohl die Beleuchtung extrem Kalt Wirkt. Immer gerne wieder.

Very modern, somewhat coldly furnished restaurant with its own upscale standards. Nice selection of Sardinian wines. Diverse and interesting selection of dishes. Tasted good, not quite up to expectations and prices. But still worth a visit as there is little comparable in the area. Unfortunately the waitresses don't speak a word of English, but they were very friendly.

We were just in time for a quick lunch and they served us even though there was just one couple finishing up when we arrived. The food was excellent and the service professional. Also not over priced for the quality of what we were served.

Tolta la genialità dei nuraghi, delle Domus dejana, dei pozzi sacri e le meravigliose costruzioni volute nei secoli dal clero, la Sardegna architettonicamente ha più a che fare col “non finito” e col recupero di oggetti di ogni genere usati come recinzioni o accatastati dietro casa, Valledoria presenta una via centrale il cui gusto indefinito parte dal finto ciottolato dei marciapiedi , ma improvvisamente lo sguardo è attratto da una costruzione bianca dai volumi armoniosamente semplici e ben bilanciati con ampie finestrature che offre un po’ di pace estetica a chi ama il bello. Questa costruzione ospita un ristorante che ho voluto assaggiare. Dentro gli arredi sono in perfetta armonia con la pulizia dei volumi esterni e , con mia meraviglia i piatti che ho scelto, rispecchiano la cultura di chi ha avuto il coraggio di aprire un ristorante simile a Valledoria. Piatti preziosi , cucinati alla perfezione e impiattati magistralmente rispettando la quantità di chi ama mangiare in abbondanza senza abbuffarsi. Vini eccelsi. Prezzi ? Poco più di 60 euro a testa dolci inclusi . Complimenti al gestore.
