17/07/2026: It's a trattoria, so the decor is simple, but the quality of the products and the deliciousness of the dishes are worth the trip. The fish dishes are the best (fried anomoni, grouper ravioli, perfect fried fish, shrimp with Vernaccia), but the meat menu is also excellent. What can I say? We had a wonderful time!!! Thanks, keep it up...

17/07/2026: We stumbled upon Zimà almost by chance... and it was one of the most wonderful surprises of our trip to Sardinia. Every dish was simply extraordinary: authentic yet refined flavors, top-quality ingredients, impeccable presentation, and an attention to detail evident from the first bite to the last. You can taste the passion, talent, and respect for the cuisine here. The service was also exceptional: professional, warm, and never intrusive. We felt welcomed as guests, not just customers. It's rare to leave a restaurant feeling like you've had a truly special experience, but at Zimà, that was exactly what happened. In our opinion, this restaurant absolutely deserves a Michelin star. Thank you so much to the entire team for an unforgettable evening. We'll definitely be back!

11/08/2026: A genuinely fantastic experience. This gelato shop has won several awards, and it truly deserves every single one. There’s a great selection available, covering both classic flavors and plenty of vegan and lactose-free options. The staff speak very good English and are well-trained when it comes to ingredients. You're allowed to sample individual flavors before deciding, and payment is quick and smooth thanks to an automated change/payment machine. For a small extra charge, you can get freshly handmade waffle cones, which I highly recommend. The overall quality of the ice cream is simply outstanding!

The selection of cured meats is top-notch, while the sappueddus with sheep's milk ragù are authentic traditional masterpieces. 22/05/2026: Amazing ice cream! I've never had ice cream like it! Made with fresh fruit, we saw it being delivered in the morning and went back at the end of the day. The price is reasonable, €5 for 3 scoops, and the taste is fabulous!

12/08/2026: We were on vacation and stayed in town. We found the pizza place through Google. When we arrived, we sat and ate at a large table in the street, right among the locals. The server was incredibly nice and friendly. She even spoke English. My wife and my two sons each ordered four different pizzas. Everyone was absolutely thrilled. The fresh ingredients really enhanced the pizza. Highly recommended overall. If we can, we'll definitely come back. We felt very welcome, even though we could barely communicate in Italian.
