Excellent restaurant. Possibly the best squid ink pasta I've ever had. Superlative local craft beer. Prompt and welcoming service. Special mention for the kids' corner. Truly a special place.

Everything was delicious; the photos show the exquisite, flavorful, and fresh seafood entrees. The "sabbiata" mussels were excellent, as was the linguine alla carbonsulcis. Highly recommended 🔝

26/06/2026: A beautiful setting in the village of Santadi. Near the archaeological museum, close to the town center, the Cibus restaurant welcomes you to its premises. An old house with a typical local courtyard. On weekends, you can also enjoy excellent pizza in the evenings. The restaurant offers excellent value for money, a varied menu, and mostly local or nearby produce. A wide selection of wines is available; Santadi also boasts its own cooperative wine cellar. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive.
