12/09/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante due volte di seguito, locale molto carino e ragazzi del locale molto simpatici e cordiali, prezzi logicamente molto più alti rispetto alla norma, abbiamo mangiato del sushi e la qualità era molto alta l’unica pecca era la dimensione dei pezzi abbastanza ridotta, ma nel complesso ottima serata

12/04/2025: I've been traveling around Italy for 30 years, but this place is definitely one of the best. The duo: master chef and master waiter guarantee fantastic food in a fantastic atmosphere: intimate, simple, casual, but full of flavors and class. They were able to achieve what is the goal of restaurant art: to turn your meal into an event, which includes both the food and the atmosphere. We had dinner there with my daughter, and because the fish was the freshest and the way of serving was perfect, without modern contortions but with all the mastery of tradition - we went there the next day for a farewell lunch. We were the first in the restaurant and the master asked what we would eat because he had everything and could make everything. And it was delicious again: thanks!

09/05/2025: Farmhouse surrounded by nature, with the utmost respect for the environment and animals (even those farmed for local consumption). The friendliness and hospitality is immediately felt as soon as you arrive. Very helpful and attentive staff. The fixed price menu is typical Sardinian cuisine: assorted appetizers with cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by an assortment of tastings of local delicacies. Two first courses, malloreddus with sausage and culurgionis, followed by roast suckling pig and sheep with eggs and lemon, cooked to perfection, accompanied by a fresh garden salad. Fruit, homemade desserts, delicious. I couldn't taste the wine or the digestive because I'm a teetotaler. But I noticed that it was much appreciated by the other diners. For those who want to take a horse ride there is a riding stable available. The directions to get there are very clear. I recommend booking. Place suitable for all ages. A special thank you to the owner for his hospitality. Farmhouse to recommend to friends and relatives.

Convivial atmosphere in a modern, clean and very welcoming structure. The staff is kind and professional. The dishes are well presented and taste great. Very fresh fish 😍. 28/05/2025: I didn’t order pizza, which might be why my meal felt a bit different, but I saw others getting pizzas and they looked and smelled amazing! I ordered the grilled tuna and was pleasantly surprised by the generous serving size it was excellent. The tiramisu was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall, the food was decent. I’d definitely come back to try the pizza next time!

20/05/2025: Oggi pranzo di passaggio in famiglia a Carbonia. Premetto che viste le moltissime recensioni da 5/5 le aspettative erano molto alte. Locale non grande ma molto bello e davvero carino. Personale accogliente e gentile ( non avevamo prenotato). Prendiamo in attesa dei piatti principali un ( 1 solo di numero) antipasto, su consiglio della presumo proprietaria, orziadas fritte: quantità limitata ma veramente buonissime. Prendiamo due misti fritti di pesce e due fritti di calamari. Qualità molto buona i misti di pesce mentre i calamari un po' gommosi e duretti ( forse sono rimasti un po' indietro di cottura)( può essere una impressione personale ma essendo un piatto tra i miei preferiti ne ho mangiati tanti in più posti diversi). Quantità appena sufficiente. Prendiamo 4 porzioni di patate fritte portate in unico vassoio e pagate a parte come specificato dal menù 16 euro( 4x4 euro). Quantità appena sufficiente per 4. Due acque una birra e 3 caffè. Conto 119 euro. Nel complesso considerando i piatti di pesce il prezzo è giusto e molto buona la qualità complessiva. Merita 4/5. I consigli costruttivi per meritare davvero 5/5: migliorare la quantità dei secondi piatti e contorni: porzioni lievemente più abbondanti ( e attenzione alla cottura dei calamari).

18/05/2025: Vado spesso a mangiare al ristorante La Lanterna! Il locale è molto accogliente, il personale sempre gentile e professionale che oltre al menù tradizionale sardo ti sa coccolare con i piatti del giorno unici e speciali preparati con tanta cura e attenzione dei dettagli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, prodotti sempre freschi e deliziosi. Vi consiglio di provare la carbonara di mare!
