13/06/2026: Before the ferry to Civitavecchia, I was looking for a non-touristy pizza by the slice. A Sardinian blog mentioned Al Ciclope pizza, and we tried it: - Quick and friendly. - The place is small but has shelves and a few stools; outside, there are plastic tables and chairs. - Only one type of pizza: Margherita! And that's it! You heard right: pizza sold by the slice, each for €1.80. Only Margherita, with a black olive on each slice. Good, hot, crispy, worth a try. Great Ciclope!

14/05/2026: A really cool little pizzeria in Santa Teresa. You can order individual slices, giving you the chance to try something different. They also have some unusual varieties, and it's really affordable. The staff was very friendly and patient and happy to explain what kind of pizza it was. A great place that's worth visiting if you're in Santa Teresa. Seating is limited, but we got our pizza to go and ate it up by the tower.

07/04/2026: A truly special experience and definitely a hidden gem worth discovering. Dining at this small (approx. 12 seats), two-person pizzeria is a delight from the initial greeting and attentive service to the fantastic food. The owners treat every guest as if they were guests in their own home. You can taste the passion they put into preparing their pizzas. The homemade tiramisu is also highly recommended!

02/08/2026: We were pleasantly surprised! From the outside, the pizzeria looks rather unassuming, but that's precisely what makes it a real hidden gem. The pizza was baked in a stone oven and tasted fantastic – crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and bursting with flavor. The service was friendly, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. Anyone visiting Orosei should definitely stop by. Highly recommended!

20/04/2026: My boyfriend and I stayed here over Valentine's Day and couldn't have chosen a better place. We tried two VR escape rooms, and it was incredible: totally immersive and super fun! ​A huge plus goes to the organization: by booking in advance, we were able to plan our experience down to the smallest detail with the staff, which made everything perfect and stress-free. ​The real difference, however, is the owners. You can tell they love what they do; even though they have to repeat the same explanations to dozens of customers every day, they do it with rare passion and friendliness. They were incredibly kind and always welcomed us with a smile, sharing all their energy with us. ​Top! We'll definitely be back to try other challenges!

19/07/2026: We had a wonderful lunch at the pizzeria. We were greeted by Salvatore, who was very kind. We had the swordfish stew and our daughter had the lasagna. The flavors were amazing! The desert was delicious as well, cannoli and gelato 🍨. Thank you!

01/08/2026: I returned several years after my first experience at Lucignolo, and I must say it's a sure thing. The pizzas are delicious, with light and varied doughs (in addition to the traditional one, there's also turmeric and charcoal) and top-quality ingredients. The menu also offers a wide selection, ranging from classic pizzas to slightly more gourmet options. But the surprise was the dessert, truly exquisite. I tried the peach and amaretto semifreddo, which won me over. Fresh and light, yet rich in flavor, and delicately decorated, which never hurts. The service is always excellent, with an attention to detail that's hard to find. Perhaps aware that with the room full, there would be delays in preparing the pizzas, we were brought a bruschetta made with bread made that morning by the pizza chef—a true treat that shows how much the owners care about their customers. I'll be back soon.

14/08/2026: If you want to eat a cardboard flying saucer, this is the right focacceria. Non-existent crust, non-existent tomato, mozzarella-flavored focaccia, it can't be called pizza.

The owner’s responses to other one-star reviews further reinforced the impression that customer feedback is not handled professionally. I would not recommend dining here.

19/07/2026: Beautiful little pizza spot with limited seating, so I'd recommend arriving early. We were lucky to get a table. The owner was incredibly welcoming, took the time to walk us through the menu, and gave excellent recommendations. The entire staff was warm and friendly. The pizza was outstanding, the dough was the highlight: light, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend stopping by!

18/07/2026: It really seems like a classic case of never judging a book by its cover! There's a unique satisfaction in betting on a place with a slightly rustic or unassuming feel and then discovering it holds true culinary treasures. Moreover, ending up in Ogliastra at lunchtime and savouring a top-notch porcetto (pork suckling pig) along with culurgiones (a type of ravioli) or typical Arzana cheeses is the turning point of the day. The warm welcome and kindness of the staff do the rest, transforming a casual lunch into a wonderful memory.

14/06/2026: We had lunch for two at Il Melograno, and overall, the experience was pleasant, although not entirely up to expectations based on the prices. Among the standouts, I'd highlight the veal with tuna sauce, truly well executed, and the excellent rabbit roll. The Nebbiolo recommended by the sommelier was also very popular, and proved to be a perfect choice. We were a bit unsure, however, about the tortelli stuffed with roast chicken, shrimp, and shrimp sauce: a combination that left us a bit perplexed and, in our opinion, lacked a convincing balance. The slow-cooked rump steak was also rather dry. The desserts are good, but €8 per portion seems excessive. The overall impression is of a cuisine that aspires to be sophisticated, but where not all choices are fully successful. Considering a final cost of around €130 for two, one would expect a little more. Furthermore, we're not in the center of a large city, but in a small town in the Monferrato area, where operating costs are presumably different from those of a restaurant in a much more expensive urban setting. Overall, a good experience, with some successful dishes and excellent wine, but the quality-price ratio could probably be improved. For this reason, despite having enjoyed a pleasant lunch, I don't think we'll return: at these prices, we expect more convincing cuisine and greater consistency between ambition, results, and final price.
