We had dinner at Sadamu Sarda and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The Sardinian dishes were absolutely delicious and full of authentic local flavors. Every course was prepared with great care, and you could really appreciate the quality of the ingredients. A special thank you to our waiter, who was extremely professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. His recommendations were excellent, and his friendly approach made our evening even more enjoyable. If you're looking for authentic Sardinian cuisine with outstanding service, I highly recommend Sadamu Sarda. We will definitely return on our next visit to Sardinia.

Very good! We had already been to their other restaurant in Pula, so we returned to Cagliari! Good traditional food, fair price, and excellent service! The waiters were excellent.

I had never eaten Sardinian food before. The food today was delicious and the portion size was perfect. We had carpaccio, pastries (with nuts and with leek sauce), and the desserts were also great.

First place to visit upon arriving in the city and without a doubt, a true taste experience.

Every dish was beautifully prepared using fresh, high-quality local ingredients, and you can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The homemade pasta and traditional Sardinian specialities were outstanding, and the flavours perfectly showcased the region’s incredible cuisine. The service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, with staff happy to explain the dishes and offer recommendations without ever making us feel rushed. The restaurant also offers fantastic value for the quality of food and overall experience. If you’re visiting Cagliari and want an authentic Sardinian meal away from the tourist traps, this is an absolute must. We left with full stomachs and big smiles.
