29/10/2025: Takeout pizzas, previously ordered, were ready more than an hour late. The dough wasn't kneaded properly, and my pizza was missing an ingredient.

29/08/2025: The food was excellent. The pasta with tomato sauce and polpette were simply delicious and fresh. We followed it with fried fish, which was absolutely divine. The service was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

14/03/2026: I've ordered from this pizzeria several times. They have a good selection of products: sandwiches, calzones, pizzas, kebabs, and piadinas. The piadinas and calzones aren't exactly good quality; they're hollow in the center, and they seem to have been made in a hurry and skimped on ingredients. The same goes for the pizza; I also don't like how they make the pizza dough; it's very dry, like a cracker. Obviously, it's a takeout pizzeria, not a sit-down one (especially since there's no cover charge), but they could at least put up a roof for when it rains, as water seeps in. So? The review is also for others. I have the right to review based on my experience. Good luck!

29/11/2025: Excellent product. But the wait times are unbearable! Ordered by phone at 8:30 PM. They told me in half an hour, and after an hour and a half I'm still here waiting. Terrible service.

13/10/2025: Good morning, I celebrated my 30th birthday and chose Ilex, and I'm super happy. Bruno, the owner, was impeccable, patient, and very helpful in satisfying me with every detail. The room was beautiful and very spacious. Thank you for making my 30th birthday perfect, thanks again.

14/10/2025: We spent our last day of vacation at Cocobay and were annoyed that we hadn't come more often. Simply a great beach bar with friendly service. From the parking service to the extra-wide, comfortable loungers. But above all, we were extremely pleasantly surprised by the fantastic food there. We'll definitely be back.

22/06/2026: Terrible experience. The quality of the food was mediocre and completely out of line with the prices. I don't eat meat, and I ordered a meatball labeled "spinach." From the first bite, it was obvious it contained meat, even though this wasn't listed in the ingredients. This is a serious oversight, especially for those with specific dietary needs. When I reported the mistake, instead of apologizing and properly correcting the issue, the lady offered to replace the meatball with vegetables. The most absurd thing is that I was charged for the vegetables separately, as if the problem was my fault and not theirs. No customer service, no accountability, and truly unprofessional behavior. High prices, questionable quality, and unacceptable service. I won't return, and I don't recommend it. Horrible experience. I ordered a spinach ball because I don't eat meat, only to discover that it actually contained meat. There was absolutely no indication of this anywhere, which is unacceptable. When I pointed it out, they offered to replace it with something else. However, the woman then made me pay for the replacement, even though the mistake was entirely theirs! The food quality was poor, and the prices were outrageously high for what they proposed. Terrible experience and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place.

07/06/2026: It's a "ready-made" meal. I have to say the fried food is 5*. That's all I had. An area for improvement? Communication. I don't know who served us, but there wasn't a smile. Anyway, getting to the point, the fried food is memorable. Worth trying, in my opinion.

15/02/2026: Terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this pizzeria to anyone, both for the quality of the product (the pizza was literally rubbery) and primarily for the interminable wait times. The only positive note is the waiters, who do their best. It is UNACCEPTABLE to have a table booked at 8:30 PM and be served at 10:30 PM, despite the owner's repeated reminders. You can't make a seated diner wait two hours and then serve them poor-quality products. This was my second and last experience at this pizzeria. My overall rating is ZERO.

18/08/2025: Lido del Sol in Marina di Pescoluse is a little paradise in Salento! The well-kept lawn area offers ample space, well-spaced umbrellas, and a perfect play area for children. Extremely friendly and professional staff, excellent cuisine (pizza and fresh seafood), a bar with cocktails, and quality dining options. The sea is picture-perfect, with crystal-clear waters reminiscent of the Maldives of Salento. A few details could be improved, such as the restrooms and bar prices in high season, but overall, a truly positive experience.

27/08/2025: We're in Maglie on vacation and were looking for a pub. We ordered a mixed platter to start, a meat platter, and a hamburger bun. Everything was good enough, but for our personal taste, both the fried foods and the fries were overcooked and dry. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were kind and helpful. The waiter was top notch.

07/09/2025: Centrally located hotel, a little dated but comfortable, very clean, and smells great. Italian breakfast is served at the café downstairs. Parking is available with a pass in the paid area in front of the entrance. Friendly and helpful staff.

14/05/2026: Total rip-off! I bought ice cream cones, ordered three flavors, and the guy served me a ridiculously small portion compared to my wife who ordered two... avoid at all costs!
