I've been to this place several times. Each time, it's an excellent food and wine experience. Local and sublime dishes, with the meat taking center stage. The atmosphere is truly homely and beautiful. Davide is an excellent host: empathetic, professional, kind, polite, and always smiling. I recommend this place with my eyes closed. 07/07/2026: Excellent, sophisticated beers and well-cooked dishes. Friendly and professional service.
03/06/2026: The best burger in Salento. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but I did eat at the nearby Palazzo Specchia (formerly Palazzo Siena) right across the street. I hope to return soon for a more relaxed evening to try other dishes, perhaps sitting at one of their outdoor tables.
