A little corner of Rome within Lecce—in fact, Roman cuisine so good and full of ancient wisdom, you can't even find it in Rome anymore.
Fabrizio and Ilenia are simply fantastic, the service is fast and impeccable.
But here, what really stands out is the wisdom.
You can taste the tradition and legacy of a cooking culture that must be protected and passed down from the first bite. The prices are incredibly reasonable.
If I could give it 10 stars, I'd give it all.

An inconspicuously located bistro-bar. We only intended to have a quick drink, but ended up staying for over 1.5 hours, having another glass of wine, and eating some very delicious piadine.

Excellent salad and panini, pleasant atmosphere with nice music and artistic decor. Friendly service without being pushy. It was a lovely lunch break in Lecce.

They build a really great environment for a meal. Service is just the right amount of attention. More than happy to have discussion about wine and what he would recommend, without being forceful.
The wine tasting was also good. Some nice options. Not rushed.
