22/01/2026: The owner is incredibly kind. The place is enchanting, with lots of greenery and the sounds of nature, completely relaxing. The food was excellent and plentiful! Highly recommended!

11/01/2026: We stayed at this charming, original, and comfortable property from January 1st to 4th of this year. We were truly pampered in every way, surrounded by professionalism, expressed with appropriate simplicity and friendliness. Everything was truly perfect, without reservation.

11/10/2025: Fantastic location. Everything was perfect. Perfect food. I would have given it 5 stars. I'm only giving it 4 because I was served a first course with plain shrimp, not blue shrimp as described on the menu. It should be noted that this is a dish we eat often and are well known for. When we mentioned this to the waiter, he told us he would ask the kitchen. Unfortunately, since we couldn't argue with what he said, we were told that the chef told him it was still blue shrimp, but only 2/3 of the variety. I repeat, they were plain cocktail shrimp. It's a shame they were missing both. Highly recommended, though.

We stopped by by chance, thinking we'd grab a drink and some appetizers for a quick aperitif, but then we decided to stay and enjoy the house specialties in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, accompanied by excellent wines. The owner is very kind. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

02/12/2025: Remarkably excellent. The paintings displayed in the rooms are interesting to look at and create a stimulating atmosphere. Nothing to complain about the service. Nothing to complain about the menu, except for one small, highly personal comment: how I would have loved to try a dish without the intrusiveness of some spice mix. The chef's passion for various spices is welcome, but I would have liked to savor something that transcended this. Regardless, we had a wonderful, truly special evening.

20/11/2025: Could we add a sixth star? The cuisine was exceptional; each dish tells a story, a journey with a surprising twist. The fermentation, the smoking, the crunch of the mixed seeds, the acidity of the lime that perfectly complements the tagliatelle, and what can I say about the gorgonzola ice cream... A bold and highly successful approach. In short, everything is executed to perfection. A kitchen team cannot function without a front-of-house team, and here too, everything was well orchestrated: discreet service, but always present at the right moment. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. A beautiful wine selection—a huge thank you to you all, you won us over, and a very special thank you to Gloria who helped me make this evening so special.

28/02/2026: Lunch at @profumodipane.lecce, traditional cuisine. We sat outside. Simple place, great service, they are very attentive and fast. We ordered: Lasagna and Taieddha (rice, zucchini, potatoes, mussels), delicious dishes. Dessert: Tartufo Nero (Gianduia ice cream with eggnog and dark chocolate). We finished with coffee, of course. Each dish tells a story, starting with the name. The cuisine is excellent. The orecchiette with turnip greens is flavorful and perfectly creamed, while the ciceri e tria is prepared according to tradition, with the perfect balance of fried and boiled pasta. The grilled meat is tender and fragrant, while the local vegetable appetizers showcase the freshness of the ingredients. The homemade desserts also deserve a special mention. The service is impeccable: the waiter is attentive, friendly, and always ready to explain the dishes with passion.
