25/10/2024: La semana que estuve en Tenuta Linazza, un lugar bien cuidado y tranquilo rodeado de olivos, fue simplemente maravilloso. Emilio (y su encantadora esposa Clara, su hermano y padre) nos mostró (un pequeño grupo de invitados internacionales) alrededor en Salento. Nos llevaron a muchos lugares interesantes y hermosos, y obtuvimos todos los detalles y la historia sobre esta región. Estar allí fue una gran manera de conocer esta parte de Italia. Junto a la experiencia de la cultura y la naturaleza Emilio cocinó comida fantástica y nos enseñó lo esencial de la cocina italiana, mientras que nos sentimos como en casa y parte de la familia. Muchas gracias, Emilio, cálido anfitrión acogedor, guía, chef, conductor. ¡Respeto!

10/05/2025: Seafront restaurant, located in a convenient location with ample parking. Excellent food and truly high quality seafood specialities. Courteous staff. Recommended for those who want to eat excellent fresh fish.

06/05/2025: The quality of the food is mediocre, the tasting menu, apart from the quantities, is not worth the cost, poor quality of the raw materials, service that pays little attention to the customer's needs, in addition to the view of the sea that it deserves, the interior needs to be thoroughly overhauled and the toilet facilities are unpresentable. 02/06/2025: Exceptional place, we spent a beautiful day full of fun. I recommend it to everyone, try it to believe it, excellent food and excellent prices. Run by a wonderful family, where Jacopo, Alessio, Gesualdo, Salvatore, Umberto and all the staff made us feel at home. We will not be long in coming back. Thank you all!

18/05/2025: Second time we go and we are very satisfied. Not all top marks as the menu could be improved for gluten intolerance. This time there was no gluten-free first course for my wife and they could always provide it, especially with a reservation. They could provide more choice for the gluten-free first course. For the environment, excellent mark but we ended up in the middle of a slightly annoying current, something that could perhaps be improved.

18/05/2025: We had lunch with my husband overlooking the sea, we had an appetizer and a first course, both abundant and well made. We will return

06/05/2025: With a group of friends, we booked a fresh pasta making lesson. It was super fun. Greta, the teacher, was very nice and competent. We stopped there for dinner and really enjoyed both the location and the food. Experience to be repeated and recommended.

11/05/2025: A beautiful place, old stables that smell of history, well-kept, welcoming, trained and efficient staff. We went for lunch, the menu offered was good including starters, first courses, fish and meat second courses, a wide choice of wines. We had a really good fried dish with potato croquettes and meatballs, some pappardelle with beef ragù and olives, cooked to perfection, very delicate and balanced. The desserts are also good, especially the puff pastry and the white chocolate and strawberry mousse. Fair value for what we ate. Even the toilets, well-kept and impeccable. We will be back.

01/01/2025: Everything EXCELLENT! From the welcome on the first day by Giulia and Ferdinando, to the room (very clean and equipped with everything you need), to the kitchen (their son Matteo cooks divinely!). At breakfast Mrs. Giulia made us try the delicacies of the area, at dinner Matteo delighted us with his dishes..My husband who is vegetarian found a huge choice of dishes, one better than the other!:)Every day they gave us excellent advice on what to go and visit..and then Salento is wonderful..even in winter! Location: close to the fast road between Otranto and Maglie which makes it convenient for visiting all areas of Salento. The farm is immersed in the countryside so you can sleep peaceful nights immersed in silence. Super-recommended!;)

04/10/2024: Wir haben in dieser schönen Masseria vier Nächte verbracht (Ü/F) und zweimal zu Abend gegessen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sauber und für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt wirklich empfehlenswert. Alle Mahlzeiten waren äußerst lecker. Die Besitzer sind nicht nur nett, sondern gehen auf Wünsche ein und vermitteln eine gute Betreuung. Die Masseria ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet viele Möglichkeiten als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.
