05/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered small slices of cake, and they were delicious! The lady who served us was very pleasant and welcoming, even though we didn't speak the same language. A wonderful experience, I highly recommend it!

14/08/2025: The desserts, especially the traditional ones, are delicious. I recommend the strudel with diandorla pastry and the fruttoni, both truly delicious. The gelato, and especially the fruttoni, are also amazing. In my opinion, Alabama is one of the best pastry shops in the province for quality, flavor, and kindness.

30/09/2025: The aperitivo platter was good, but not outstanding, however the service was very nice and the seating area outside is really fantastic—it sprawls around the corner and looks out at a beautiful courtyard.

28/09/2025: A former leather tannery has been transformed into a very unique location, so it takes on a special charm. Excellent food, we had a rib-eye steak and a pizza, and the dishes were clean. Excellent craft beer. Very popular service, even though it was a Saturday, so it was quite crowded. The only criticism I can make is the waitress, Maria... I'm sorry, she was Exceptional... Hahaha.... Jokes aside, she knew how to engage us and give us advice, resulting in excellent service. Well done, Maria...indeed. Thank you. If I pass by here again, I'll definitely be back.

08/09/2025: We had a great time, an excellent farmhouse, the staff were more than helpful. 5 stars is not enough for us, it's worth all the stars on the planet. Rocco is an exquisite person, we will be back soon.

26/08/2025: We spent a few nights here with the family in a family bungalow. It is located in a very good, quiet, shady location, which was very pleasant in the hot weather. The rooms were not very spacious, but more than enough for what we needed. There was a small hallway and kitchen, so it was convenient to eat. The breakfast was very delicious, we also got to know various, delicious local pastries. The host is very attentive, flexible and helpful. We can only recommend it to everyone.

01/09/2025: Terra Nostra restaurant is conveniently located on the road leading to the center of Otranto. The atmosphere is informal. Regarding the food, the quality is good. The dishes are well-prepared, with fresh ingredients that make for a pleasant dining experience. The cuisine is honest and never disappoints, even if it doesn't reach the pinnacle of excellence. In my opinion, the quality-price ratio is a bit unbalanced, especially regarding the price! This doesn't affect my rating: when paying, I asked the owner to round up to the nearest 0.60 cents a total of more than €100. The owner said NO. Not very friendly...

30/08/2025: If you're looking for a place that combines atmosphere, good food, and excellent drinks, you absolutely must try this new bistro! The first thing that strikes you is the energy of Simone S., the young owner and bartender, who manages to create a welcoming and lively atmosphere. The place has a charming style. And I can't help but mention the quality of the service: Simone C. and Alberto are always friendly. The food, what a delight! The cocktails are superb, the platter is a must, with a perfect selection of cured meats and cheeses, including the beef meatloaf with pecorino, mint, and three-cheese béchamel sauce!! A true explosion of flavors! The pinsa, bruschettone, and tacos are equally exquisite, perfect for an evening in good company. It's now become my regular stop, my favorite place. Five well-deserved stars for an experience that is so much more than just a bistro.

12/10/2025: We ordered a Burrata with local cold cuts (very good), Polpo Salento Style, and Polpo with Ratatouille. Unfortunately, both octopus dishes were quite salty — even the vegetables in the ratatouille. The staff was kind and replaced one of the dishes with pasta at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. However, when the second octopus dish also turned out too salty, we were told it couldn’t be changed because “only one dish can be replaced.” That policy felt strange and not really fair, especially since the food simply wasn’t good. The waiter explained that the octopus was fresh, not frozen, which might explain the difference in taste — but I’ve had octopus several times recently, and it was never this salty. I’m sharing this as kind feedback, because the restaurant itself is lovely, the service was polite, and the Burrata was truly delicious. With a bit more flexibility and attention in the kitchen, it could easily be an excellent experience for everyone.

09/10/2025: We have been in Puglia for 10 days now and in Lecce for 2 and our meal here last night was probably the best we have enjoyed so far. It is a little more expensive than some, but only a little and the extra is so worth it. The staff could not have been more friendly or efficient and the food was exquisite.
