27/09/2025: A small restaurant just off the main nightlife hub, in the Convitto Palmieri area. The fried calzones are very large and delicious. The wait is reasonable, considering they're fried fresh. In addition to the classic calzone, you can also choose from a variety of fillings and dough. There are tables outside, without service, for a bite to eat and a drink. Prices are higher, but justified by the size, than the traditional calzone found everywhere else.

12/10/2025: We ordered a Burrata with local cold cuts (very good), Polpo Salento Style, and Polpo with Ratatouille. Unfortunately, both octopus dishes were quite salty — even the vegetables in the ratatouille. The staff was kind and replaced one of the dishes with pasta at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. However, when the second octopus dish also turned out too salty, we were told it couldn’t be changed because “only one dish can be replaced.” That policy felt strange and not really fair, especially since the food simply wasn’t good. The waiter explained that the octopus was fresh, not frozen, which might explain the difference in taste — but I’ve had octopus several times recently, and it was never this salty. I’m sharing this as kind feedback, because the restaurant itself is lovely, the service was polite, and the Burrata was truly delicious. With a bit more flexibility and attention in the kitchen, it could easily be an excellent experience for everyone.

09/10/2025: We have been in Puglia for 10 days now and in Lecce for 2 and our meal here last night was probably the best we have enjoyed so far. It is a little more expensive than some, but only a little and the extra is so worth it. The staff could not have been more friendly or efficient and the food was exquisite.

04/11/2025: I come to this restaurant often and it's always been one of my favorites. When I asked for it without olives, they arrived anyway. It's white rice, and it costs eight euros (not listed on the menu). No, it's really overpriced. I'm sorry, but I was really disappointed. It could have been five stars.

12/11/2025: A beautiful spot to spend the night with your campervan. A lovely walk through the fruit trees to the well-maintained, clean restrooms. We had visited Lecce the day before.

19/10/2025: We booked a table for 10:00 PM, arrived, and had to wait half an hour to 40 minutes for a table. We waited another hour for the pizzas to arrive, so we ate around 11:45 PM. What's more, my pizza and toppings were burnt. Overall, the food is good.
